Quiet place and very adequate amenities. Super clean!

We had a great time at the trapper's cottage. Although we were afraid of being cold when we arrived at the accommodation, we contacted Genessee upon arrival who was very responsive and came to help us turn on the wood burning stove. The space heated very quickly and throughout the stay the indoor temperature was warm even without the wood burner being turned on. Great environment with walks in the estate and up to the reserve where you can see deer. The cottage may seem small from the outside when you arrive, but in reality it is very spacious and large in depth. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of space. Change of scenery and tranquility assured. We would definitely recommend Genessee's homes, which is very friendly, warm and caring.

Beautiful, peaceful cabin right by the water! It was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Loved waking up to the view and sounds of nature. Would definitely stay again!

A happy stay in a chalet perfect for healing. The photos reflected reality and even better. A quiet place at the beginning of the St-Lawrence River with the sound of birds. Enchanting!

Great value! Great for the geese! We saw a seal from the balcony and tons of geese and birds. Also belugas on the ferry:) Great location on the island!

Great cottage and view!

We had a pleasant stay. We went to the island for a family meeting so we did not enjoy the cottage as much as we would have liked. The views are extraordinary and it's really quiet. We will definitely go back to enjoy it especially as the chalet is perfect for hosting a lot of guests very comfortably. The hosts are really very friendly and proactive, all the good places to visit were shared with us before our arrival. The information provided by the hosts about the stay was very clear and complete, our stay went without stress and without any other necessary communication, which allowed us to enjoy our stay 100%. Thank you so much to Maxime and his little family!

The view from the accommodation is phenomenal. The privacy with the other cottages next door is very well furnished also with wood fences. The idea of the 2 sofa beds was very convenient for our 2 children.

The place was very beautiful, spacious and kept very clean. The house and view were awesome.

We had wonderful 4 days at Yves place. Layout is very smart. Wonderful windows and light. Bed very comfortable. Happily cooked in the kitchen. It is well positioned to walk to the old city and along the St. Lawrence River. On the other side of the Marina is an urban garden with the most amazing veggies. We had wonderful neighbors during out stay in the sister house boat next to us. Looking forward to coming back.

Probably one of the most beautiful rooms overlooking the St. Lawrence River! The sunrises are beautiful! The place is very clean both inside and outside..The hosts are also very friendly.. I really liked the key-free access with the code .. it makes check-in super simple and the check-in and check-out instructions were very clear! I'm sure I'll be renting this place again soon!!

the great stay I recommend the roxanne estate for those who wish to visit quebec.

We loved this location! It was an easy walk to restaurants and shops. The boat was clean and had a great view of the city. Yves was an excellent host…very attentive to questions. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay in Annick's studio with river and boat views

I enjoyed my stay of 3 nights, the village is a few minutes away with grocery stores, etc., in the chalet all the amenities are there, the beds very comfortable, the wood stove is a big plus, it heats the entire cottage, and the view, superb!! a big thank you!

What a great discovery! We have been going to the area every fall for 10 years. This place was our favorite. The intimate location, the view, the courtyard we can enjoy. The cottage is well equipped, just big enough. Thank you so much!

Exceptional stay in winter in this very comfortable and warm cottage. The view of the Saint Lawrence is crazy and changes every day. Access may seem complicated but ultimately there is no problem and if the ice threatened to prevent us from passing our host immediately ordered a snow plow. Recommended for the geographic location! Can't say enough great things about Le 98! Beautifully appointed, with everything you could possibly need or want - and more! The view? Wow! The area is quiet and peaceful in winter, perfect for a cozy getaway. You'll need a car, but Quebec City and Sainte Anne du Beaupre are within easy distance, and Montmorency Falls is just over the bridge. Mario was kind, communicative and took great care to see that all was well - even while abroad! Sensational all around. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and very bright view. Peaceful place. The gas fireplace gave a great atmosphere for our après-ski. We skied at the Massif and Mont Grand Fond and found the house in a good location for getting around. Good comfort in general apart from the kitchen chairs that no longer offer support and would need to be replaced. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking on the instrument side, dishes and cookware. We had trouble with the TV system. The host took action quickly to connect us with a technician. It would be interesting to provide tenants with an instruction guide for the TV system. We recommend the place without hesitation.

The chalet was nice and cozy! The weather was beautiful with the exception of the last day, and we spent all weekend sitting outside looking at the view. Loved the island and the accessibility of the house.
