Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Iksan-si

I always have a hard time choosing a place to stay because it's 8 people going on a trip. How many rooms, how many beds, how many bathrooms, There are a lot of things to think about, like whether the house is spacious. But this place has rooms, beds,Bathrooms and floor space all fit perfectly. There was no extra charge for 8 people, but the price was so good, and as soon as I entered the accommodation, it was so pretty, and it was nice that it was so warm even though it was winter. It's fully furnished, and I didn't use the dog, but there's a dog pen in the yard, And convenience stores within walking distance.There were restaurants, so I had a comfortable stay for 1 night. The host is also kind, and the response is quick, so it's a recommended accommodation!!!!!!!!

I stayed because I wanted to take a day off after the 2025 Saemangeum Marathon. This place feels like staying in a clean friend's house. We are suitable for 3-4 people to stay. There are convenience stores and franchise restaurants in the apartment complex, and parking was not inconvenient.

Gyu Hyeong's place was amazing! The location was great — about a 5-10 minute walk to the streets filled with pubs and restaurants so they're within reach but the house itself was quiet. The place was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable, we all slept really well! Gyu Hyeong was also really kind and let us drop off our bags outside (there's a CCTV so no worries about safety) before and after our stipulated check-in and check-out times so we could enjoy the city without having to lug our bags around. Will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Jeonju!

I used it with one 3-year-old child. For use with children, I thought it would be better than an accommodation like a hotel, so I was looking for it and booked it. It felt like my home. The space was spacious, and all necessary items were provided, so I used it comfortably. I was worried that there would be no parking, but it wasn't lacking at all. There was also a grocery store nearby, so I was able to buy the items I needed right away on the way in.

To travel here and there in Gunsan It's in a perfect location. Convenience stores and grocery stores are also close by. The bed is also very comfortable, so you can sleep well. I had a comfortable stay like my home for 3 days and 2 nights

It was the best with 3 rooms and 3 beds. The kitchen was so clean, and there was no smell of the sink or the smell of the refrigerator! The diffuser was placed all over the house, so it smelled good everywhere, so it was really nice (not a hairy scent). It covers a lot of bed, but the bed and blanket are fluffy and cozy, so I slept really well. It was a spotless accommodation!!

Overall, it was great. There was a bit of a walk around, but there was a park, and there was a ruin that was close to getting around by car, and it was convenient because it was close to Hanaro Mart.I was quite satisfied with the condition of the accommodation, but the heating wasn't quick, so it's best to operate it right after entering the room.

The place I stayed on this trip was very satisfying. It was beautiful from the pictures, but as soon as I walked in, I was amazed by the cozy and cozy atmosphere. The stylish interior and neatly organized space made me feel at home as if I had lived in for a long time. The living room was spacious and sunny, so I felt good all day, and thanks to the large sofa and cute single-person chair, I was able to relax and watch TV. In particular, the interior with the ceiling lights and plants were so sensible! The large window behind the curtain was perfect for the outside view. The whole place was very clean, and the thoughtful props made me feel good throughout my stay. All basic appliances such as air conditioners and fans worked well, and I could feel the owner's consideration in every little detail. The capsule coffee, bottled water, and bowl noodles you prepared were also great for breakfast. If I come to the area again next time, I would not hesitate to stay here again. It was a really healing time thanks to the warm and thoughtful space. Thank you for a great stay!

Sujung's house was absolutely beautiful. it was beyond our expectations. Very responsive and helpful in every way. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our stay, and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area. You certainly will not be disappointed. We look forward to visiting again in the future and will suggest to anyone who is visiting Jeonju. Thank you so much for the beautiful stay.

I had a good rest~!! It was so good

It was a quick trip, but I stayed so well! First of all, the house is pretty, but it was neat and it was nice to have a jacuzzi. Our house has a puppy, so I was looking for a place that was a little spacious and had a yard, so it was better ~ It was quiet because it was a normal residential area, but that's why it was good to relax! Gaekridan-gil was a short walk away (about 5 minutes on foot). The parking lot wasn't next to the house, but it was close to the house! And I was so grateful for the cafe and restaurant information that the host sent me. In fact, I didn't expect much because I came on an unplanned trip, but thanks to the host, I was able to go to restaurants and cafes where I could bring my dog without having to find information!! If you want to bring a dog, I recommend it here ~ ~ ~

Excellent location, in the middle of everything. The host was friendly and caring. Near by brewery was excellent spot to hang. John will set you up if you stop by.

The place is very spacious and as described in the pictures. We had a lovely time staying here. If there was a problem they were very quick to respond. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit Jeonju!

It was expensive, but I was so satisfied that I thought it was worth the price. I enjoyed both the jacuzzi and the sauna, and it was an accommodation where the thoughtful consideration such as jjimjilbok, eggs, and sikhye stood out. I think I would have enjoyed it better when I came with my friends. I had a good rest.

The location was good It's clean and just like the picture ~ It was so nice to be able to cook well!

The best thing about this place is its location - well-placed for all the sites - Hanok village, cathedral, shrine etc - but despite being in a great location it is also very peaceful and we were there during a very busy and sunny weekend. We struggled a bit as a result of Airbnb's dodgy translation tool but also as Kevin gave some wrong information (for the passcode for the apartment door as well as the Wifi network - it's not the one on the profile!). Other than that Kevin always responded quickly and all in all this was a very enjoyable stay and I recommend the apartment.
