Welcome to Bakkelandet and our lovely summerhouse in the middle of the forest, close to the swimming lake 🌲 The house is on a huge nature plot. In the summer you can pick blueberries or sail on the lake in associated water bike, dinghy or sup boards. The kids can run around freely, and there are lots of toys, a lovely playhouse as well as a trampoline. We have a large terrace with barbecue. We have good experience with both families with children, several generations together, and groups of friends. 45 min. from Legoland. Bring your own bed linen, towels, etc.

There is a swimming lake, (Søby Sø), within 2 km of the house, where the exciting area around the brown coal camp is also located and about 30 minutes to Legoland, wow-park, Lalandia as well as Givskud Zoo and Jyllands Park Zoo . Perfect if you're going to a fair or a concert in the Box. Within 30 min drive from the house you will find 6 different golf courses - Ikast, Trehøje, Brande, Give, Herning and Tullamore. It is located on a huge 2500 sqm of natural land - completely undisturbed and with peace and nature at your doorstep.

Two rooms, small bathroom with shower. Kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and stove. Living room with wood-burning stove, dining area and sofa. Up to two people can be made on the sofa bed in the living room. Large lawn with possibility to set up a tent. Patio with garden furniture and barbecue. Large fire pit. The summerhouse is located about 100 meters from Sunds Sø. Canoe use can be arranged on the lake. Approximately 1-2 km to Sunds town with shopping opportunities, pizzeria, etc. It is about 10 minutes drive to Herning city.

The cabin is 53 sqm overlooking a small forest lake and is located in the corner of a 5200 sqm private nature plot, where there is space to play or look at treetops from one of the hammocks. The cabin consists of a kitchen-dining room, toilet/bath and two bedrooms. In addition, there is a cozy terrace and an annex with extra beds (bunk beds) 12 meters from the cabin. Fires, parties and loud music are not allowed.

Lots of equipment - also for families with children - such as a large trampoline, swings, mountain bikes, playhouse, toys, high chair, weekend bed, extra mattresses, two sunbeds, drying space and everything else for a modern household.

This unique home has its very own style out in the woods. You'll find yourself in between the finest big tribes, and the nearest neighbor is far away. There are heating on throughout the cabin. It is stuck at 18 degrees and can be supplemented with the fireplace. Nice bathroom with hot water and smaller kitchen that has what you need. Includes fridge, 2 hot plates on electricity, mini oven, grill with gas, coffee maker and everything else you need for a cozy trip in the woods.

Gyvelbo

‘Gyvelbo’ is a 6-bed cabin, closest to the campsite and the large playground. The cabin has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with a kitchen. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has 2 bunk beds: There are pillows and duvets for 6 people. The bathroom has a sink, shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with: an induction hob, small oven, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. There is underfloor heating throughout the cabin.

Thatched idyll in the woods

Here you will stay in an idyllic old thatched house. The house is the original farmhouse on a three-winged property. The property is located in a scenic forest area not far from Legoland, Lalandia, Givskud Zoo and Billund Airport. The house has been newly restored with all modern comforts. The place is for you who love beautiful nature, a little peace and quiet, but at the same time want to be close to entertainment, activities and shopping.

Private beach, canoe and rowing boat

Holiday home located directly to lake and own beach. The water is clean and ideal for fishing, swimming and bathing. A real holiday home in the traditional sense, with everything as it needs to be, but no luxury. The house is one of the first and best located at Sund's Lake. Here you will find a 180 degree lake view directly to the west. With the house also comes canoe and rowing boat. You can bring your own kayak/windsurfer.
