In the outdoor we have a hot tub with hydro ideal for relaxing, a balcony with table and chairs and a small barbecue that will not let you down.

We have UFLA and two rural properties as neighbors. We have two accesses, one inside UFLA, whose route has 800 meters of dirt road. And another all paved, along the contour road of Lavras (MG 335T).
