Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Whether you're visiting or on weekends, you'll appreciate the comfort and bucolic setting of this home full of character.

L 'École Buissonnière

We offer you a home on the ground floor of our old stone house which includes: a spacious living room, with kitchenette, seating area and a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people; 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140cm and 1 pull-out bed that can be transformed into 2 single beds (see photo); and a bathroom, spacious also, with bathtub and walk-in shower. The room and bathroom overlooks our beautiful garden and the living room on a small courtyard protected from the road.

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

The island of calm and serinity is an ideal setting for family or friends' reunions, seminars and easely serves as a base to discover our region (see below).
