Herceg Novi Seaside, Studio apartment

Ground floor studio apartment 25 m2, with kitchen and two single beds, Italian bathroom, terrace. Completely equipped and new (built in June 2013). Four stars by Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism. The apartment is NOT car reachable, because the house is at seaside and cars are not allowed here. The closest place to park is City garage which is 100 stairs above the house. Apartment at great location seaside by promenade, partial sea-view and a reasonable price. Beach, restaurants, coffee bars, shops all around. City marina and Old town 3-5 minutes walk. All kind services and activities can be provided, such as transfers, shore tours, excursions, hiking, biking, speed boat trips... I want this place to be as best as possible. Apartment Gama is located in the center of Igala, 5 min walk to the beach. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, equipped kitchen and balcony overlooking the sea. Nearby are shops, cafes and restaurants. The apartment has a separate entrance. It is equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi internet, cable TV. Private car parking nearby, 5 euros per day off-season. In the season July-August from 7 to 10 euros per day. Possibility to organize transfers from the airport or bus station to the accommodation.

MARETA III - waterfront

Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

Njivice Coastal Oasis This one-bedroom apartment is located on middle floor and offer one bedroom, a fully equipped bathroom and a spacious kitchen with living room. It is comfortable for up to 3 persons, mainly parents with one child (there is a double bed + sofa bed). The balcony offers amazing views of the whole bay and the property owns a private beach with sunbeds hidden down the multiple stairs to the coastline. The stairs will be a little challenge but we promise it is worth it!

Flat-apartment Koprivica

The Flat-apartment is in the attic, which has 45 m2. It is renovated in January 2020, so now there are living room (with one bad) with kitchen and two rooms with two beds in each of them. The bathroom is renovated since some of the guests complained about the bath, so we adjust it now. It has a beautiful view from the balcony to the sea cost of Igalo, Herceg Novi. It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, just 300 m away from the city center, downhill. Hope to host you in our home!
