The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a four-storey condominium in Kaposvár. It is located about 500 meters from the city center and is easily accessible on foot. There is also a shop, restaurant, confectionery and playground nearby. Kaposvár Arena is 200 meters away, and the bike path to Desedár is 500 meters away. The apartment was renovated in 2024. Libic: is not a faceless apartment, nor a cold luxury accommodation. This is our personal project, and we've put our hearts and souls into every corner of it. The house was designed and built by my father – the entire building preserves his handiwork and his love for nature. I am now working on beautifying and modernizing this legacy, while my wife, Juci, has made the spaces truly unique and artistic with her own paintings on the walls and a special on-site installation.
