No opposite with a private garage in the basement. The cottage is in a quiet and secure residence 24 hours a day 5 minutes from Ain Soultane. The ground floor comprises a large living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a terrace with a lovely view of the forest.
