It is surrounded by meadows and forests, in complete privacy. There are quarries and ponds for swimming, castle ruins, and beautiful walks can be taken right from the door. On foot, by bike, even with a stroller. Jeseník Spa is over the hill, culture lovers will appreciate the Dance Hall in Račí údolí or the castle in Javorník. We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. We invite you to year-round wooden cottages located in the heart of the Kłodzko Land, near the Śnieżnik Massif and Międzygórze. The apartment is located on the ground floor in a former farm from 1887 with an area of about 40 m2. Guests have at their disposal a separate bedroom with two beds, a kitchen with a hob, a fridge, an electric kettle, a microwave and a set of dishes for preparing meals. The kitchen also has a sofa bed for two people, less comfortable than the beds in the bedroom;) A climatic bathroom with a shower. The space is dedicated to 1-4 people. Tré is a designer cabin where we focus on detail and comfort. You can relax in the private outdoor panoramic wood-fired sauna. Tré is ready for both cooking and cleaning. Of course there is an espresso machine (coffee included), a bluetooth Bose speaker, or tall American spring beds. Heating by fireplace, underfloor heating in the bathroom. Free parking is available directly under the cottage.

Bohema is a small wooden house of 35 sqm, created independently with the most cozy and natural climate in mind :) The main idea was to create a place to rest, with the possibility of admiring nature. Bohema is located in the picturesque village of Sierpnica, at an altitude of over 700 m above sea level in the Owl Mountains :)
