Beautiful loft recently remodeled, it has ocean views, located on the 12th floor where you can enjoy the sea breeze and the soft murmur of the waves will make your stay a great experience. It has a large swimming pool and beautiful gardens. It has direct access to the beach. The condominium has awnings, chairs, and lounge chairs in the beach area. Strategically located one block from the coast, there are banks, restaurants, and public transportation nearby. It does not have parking.
