Claudia's apartment is not only in the front row, but it is steps away from the Paracas sea. The layout is very good and the rooms are spacious, in the condominium you can breathe a lot of peace so it allows you to disconnect completely. We will definitely be back.

Excellent experience!!! The house has many spaces to enjoy ( on the third floor jacuzzi and a grill area with nice view). It is five minutes by car from the pier the chaco and about 20 minutes from Playa La Mina. In addition, the condominium has access to a very nice beach (it has a pier from where there is a descent to the sea). Although that beach is piritas, it is wonderful for swimming! the house already had everything, such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, salt, sugar and more We had a great time with my family group in every way I definitely recommend!

We were with my family and friends per week santa at Sebastian's house, everything was very good. The house is very comfortable; spacious, clean rooms with all amenities. The neighborhood very quiet and close to the village. Very fluid communication. My children really enjoyed the pool. We'll be back!!

Had a good time with family, very beautiful and comfortable home; the area is safe and quiet. Fiorella was a great host, she was easy to communicate with and always available. The only problem we encountered was that taxi drives are not familiar with the condominium’s location. Highly recommended!

Adolfo provided an exceptional location for our time in Paracas! our family of 5 was traveling with another family of 5 and we had plenty of space. the children loved the pool! Both families agree that Adolfo was the most proactive, accommodating, helpful, communicative host we have ever had on Airbnb! Adolfo offered a myriad of suggestions for local activities and experiences. we enjoyed the privacy of the gated community while the plaza across the street offered great views of the bay. we walked 15 minutes on the boardwalk into the market where there lots of shops, restaurants, cafes. we hired a local taxi company to take us over to Playa Rojo and it was easy, convenient and fun! there are also many exciting opportunities for sand boarding, desert ATV riding and other adrenaline fueled activities.

I love it, it's as shown in the pictures. It is a quiet place, spacious to spend it as a family, we were able to go with our pet since it is pet friendly, the only thing I would recommend is that although there was a fence around the house, there were some parts that did not and my dog could easily enter the house on the side, less bad it is quiet and the dog that was next door also, so there was no major inconvenience.

Beautiful house, just as described. Clean and spacious for our large family. Fantastic private pool. The house could use fans for the bedrooms. Easy walk to the waterfront but no real beach. You will need a car or taxi to access restaurants and a beach are a 10 minute drive. Host asked for a security deposit upfront and had to let her know that using Airbnb platform covers both the host and guest. She was understanding and did not collect a deposit from me. We had a great stay.

The house is located 5 minutes away from the Boulevard and is spectacular, as shown in the pictures. Communication with Administradora Katty was very good. In conclusion, I would definitely go again. 5 stars.
