In addition to the main house, with a wood-burning fireplace, there is also an independent gourmet space with a gas stove, freezer, cooler, wood-burning oven, island, barbecue, sink, shower and swimming pool with waterfall. It is 35 km from Belo Horizonte and 1 km from the village of Casa Branca (small shops). A great reference point for trips to waterfalls, to the Inhotim Institute (20 km) or even a round trip to the historic city of Ouro Preto (65 km).
