We had a fantastic stay at Zoila’s apartment in Otavalo. Our multigenerational family visit consisted of 8 people ranging in age from 81 years old to a year old baby, and Zoila’s place met all of our needs! The apartment is roomy and very secure. The location near the market, shops and restaurants can’t be beat! Having a washer and dryer on the premises was a great convenience. The kitchen was clean with modern appliances and met our needs for family breakfasts and small meals throughout our 10 day stay. Although the bathrooms are small, the hot water for showers is always plentiful. Zoila always quickly responded to any needs or questions, and even waited to warmly welcome us at 3:00 am after a flight delay! We felt that Zoila’s apartment was a great value, and we would not hesitate to book her place for future stays in beautiful Otavalo!

Este alojamiento fue una experiencia increíble desde el principio hasta el final. Las vistas espectaculares a la laguna te dejan sin palabras, convirtiendo cada amanecer y atardecer en un momento único. El clima era simplemente delicioso, perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar al máximo. Las instalaciones eran hermosas y cuidadosamente diseñadas para brindar comodidad en cada detalle. Todo estaba impecable y bien equipado, ofreciendo todo lo indispensable para una estadía cómoda y sin preocupaciones. Además, el detalle de tener fruta fresca para el desayuno fue un toque encantador que hizo sentir la calidez del lugar. Sin duda, un espacio para desconectarse, disfrutar de la naturaleza y sentirse como en casa.

La habitacion muy limpia, muy comoda y super bien organizada. Mathias es una persona bastante atenta, nunca tuve problemas en contactarlo, siempre estuvo atento. Brindaba indicaciones muy detallas y precisas, lo cuál facilitó la estadia. Me hubiese gustado un poco mas de detalle en reconocer el edificio por fuera. Muy recomendado.

Great place! A *very* spacious and immaculately well-kept place with a huge kitchen! If you're going to cook, you really should stay here as it has an unusually large and modern kitchen, somewhat atypical of what you'll see in Ecuador. Also a really nice view of the hills around Mitad del Mundo. Fernanda and Dorita were great hosts and responsive both to meeting up and taking care of the wifi / Netflix setup. You're a 5 min drive from everything you'll need (stores, restaurants, etc) in what is a quiet residential neighborhood. If you're a light sleeper and hear the neighborhood dogs at night, just close the bedroom door. :-)
