Seye's place was a home away from home. Beautiful, clean, excellent communication and matched the description. I enjoyed every bit of my stay and the location is closer to stores, restaurant and very secure. I will be visiting again soon.

HIDDEN GEM IN IBADAN! Wow, where do I even start? First off, Divine is more than a host, he turned out to be my friend during my stay. Need a late-night snack recommendation or a question at 2:00am? Boom, consider it done. The guy's got responsiveness down to an art form. The place? Spot on. 24-hour electricity in a safe and beautiful neighborhood. And let's talk about availability, Divine is always available. Lost? He's got maps. Hungry? He knows a guy. In need of a laugh? He's got jokes. Niceness and friendliness are this host's middle names. I half-expected him to offer to do my laundry and cook lol. The place itself was so cozy and inviting, I felt soo at home, it was amazing!. Every corner of the listing screamed "Welcome!" with a side of "Stay awhile!" It was clean, comfy. I will be staying here the next time I am in Ibadan

Abdul Lateef’s place is a very nice place and the area is cool and it’s easy to locate. Tho, they have electricity problem but the alternative given was okay. Gen was on throughout my stay

Well kept apartments, with excellent response time. The staffs are courteous, and everything is as promised by the host. I'll definitely recommend this home for anyone looking to enjoy a quiet and secure vacation home. I'm sure to visit again on my next visit home. My entire stay was very enjoyable - value for the money.

Shakirat is a great host and a considerate business person; she really looks out for her clients. In general, the service was great, made better by the in-house butler. Also, the apartment was new and really impressive: the rooms were cozy, all the appliances were in good condition, including the water heaters, with a standby generator to complement power supply, even though the grid supply in the area was good and we hardly had a need for the generator. The only downside to staying here perhaps is that, it is remote and away from the heart of town, making transportation tedious and more expensive. However, if you get that sorted out, you’re in for a really good time in IB. And if you travel with amazing people, like the lovely people that went with me on this trip, then almost nothing can stop you from having an incredible time if you stay here. Overall, I recommend.

Shakirat is such a lovely woman and the place is so beautiful with welcoming staffs. She helped create a lovely memory for my dad, she is always responsive and her staffs always on sight, Thanks so much to Shakirat. It feels good to be home again.

Having visited Ibadan before, i must confess that Kayode's place stands out amongst the rest. The location was very central the accessible. The amenities were as described on the page and the host was very hospitable. The listing had a standby generator and wifi that made my working visit very comfortable. I would no doubt recommend this listing to friends and family.

I had an amazing stay at Caleb’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed while still being in a quiet, gated estate. Caleb and Sam were fantastic hosts—super responsive and always ready with great recommendations. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and I felt right at home from the start. One of the best things about the place is the reliable 24/7 power supply, thanks to a standby generator and a strong inverter system. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the rooms are spacious and air-conditioned, making the stay even more comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!
