Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Hwangnam-dong

Florian's Gyeongju Airbnb completely exceeded expectations with its perfect blend of serene location and tasteful decor that beautifully balanced modern comfort with local cultural character. Thoughtful amenities were evident throughout, from the well-stocked kitchen to quality toiletries and welcome touches. We were delighted to meet our host in person, who was exceptionally kind and gracious, providing insider tips and going above and beyond for guest comfort. Well connected via bus routes to nearby historic sites and the town center, we had a wonderful stay in Gyeongju. Highly recommended & would visit again!

아기(특히 2살 이상)를 동반한 가족에게 정말 추천드리는 숙소입니다. 아기 장난감이 가득한 놀이방이 따로 마련되어 있어, 부모도 마음 편히 쉴 수 있었어요. 신축 아파트라 전체적으로 매우 깔끔하고, 모든 문에 손 끼임 방지 장치가 설치되어 있어 안전했습니다. 불필요한 잡동사니가 없어 아기가 물건을 떨어뜨리거나 다칠 걱정 없이 지낼 수 있었어요. 집이 넓고 청결하게 관리되어 있었고, 세탁기와 건조기도 갖춰져 있어 장기 숙박이나 아기 빨래에도 매우 유용했습니다. 다시 방문하고 싶은 좋은 숙소입니다.

지금까지 숙소중에서 최고의 숙소였습니다! 사장님의 센스와 배려가 돋보였고 2박 3일동안 그 따뜻한 정성아래 경주여행 잘하다가 갑니다❤️

사진보다 더 이뻤어요. 소품들도 경주에 맞게 깔끔하게 꾸며져있고 비품들도 필요한게 전부 준비된 느낌이라 편했어요. 침구도 깨끗하고 편안했어요. 숙소가 넓어서 가족여행으로 안성맞춤이었어요. 가까운 거리에 유적지들이랑 황리단길있어서 접근성도 좋아요. 호스트님도 엄청 친절하셔요. 다음에 경주오면 또 여기로 올거에요.

직장동료 다섯명과 4일동안 재밋게 즐기고 갔습니다 깨끗한 숙소와 새하얀 이불들, 세개의 방이 정말 좋았습니다. 친절한 사장님과 조용한 주변, 세탁기와 건조도 있어 장박하기에도 충분했습니다. 황리단길에서 오분정도거리이고 경주는 언제와도 좋은 곳이니 추천합니다.

없는게 없다고 느껴질 정도로 꼼꼼하게 준비돼있어서 너무 편했습니다! 부모님 모시고 왔는데 다들 만족하셨어요! 강추!!!!!!!!

호스트도 굉장히 친절하셨고, 명시되어있는 대로 전부 구비되어있어서 친구들과 즐겁게 여행했습니다. 채팅으로 맛집과 문화재도 알려주셨는데 추천해주신곳 전부 마음에 들었어요. 침구류와 소파등, 가구도 좋았고 안마의자로 여행 피로도 풀 수 있어서 숙소에서 정말 집처럼 푹 쉬고 다음 일정을 소화 할 수 있었습니다. 다음에 경주에 간다면 또 이용하고 싶고, 친구들에게도 추천하고 싶습니다.

This was one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the place was spotless—truly the cleanest I’ve stayed in so far. We were able to check in early, which was a huge plus. The indoor pool was fantastic —the water temperature was just right, and the host made sure it was perfectly adjusted again the next day. It really made the experience feel extra thoughtful and comfortable. What really stood out was the quality of the towels and bedding. I usually bring my own towels because most Airbnbs don’t meet my expectations, but here, everything felt like a luxury hotel. I didn’t need my own at all. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay here. just a 5 min taxi away from Hwangnidan-gil which had lots of restaurants and shops. Host was really proactive and helpful as well, we had a little trouble turning on the heating and she came over right away to help us with it! The space is very clean and new, exactly like the photos. Bedding was clean and comfortable, she even provided snacks and amenities and toiletries for us! TV had YouTube access, and the living and dining space was very spacious for us to hang out. Highly recommend.

The space was beautiful, smartly decorated and perfect for us. Although it was a bit far from main attractions we had absolutely no issues getting a bus or a cab to reach our preferred location.

전체적으로 깨끗하고 쾌적했습니다. 특히 바베큐 그릴이 너무 좋아 경치 좋은 테라스에서 바베큐하기 좋았습니다. 테라스에 조명 시설도 밝고 분위기 좋습니다.

굉장히 넓고 안락한 숙소였습니다. 일단 샤워가 가능한 화장실이 3개라는 점이 굉장히 마음에 들었고, 주방이나 거실도 상당히 넓어서 편안하게 생활이 가능했습니다. 전반적으로 깔끔했고, 화장실도 냄새가 나거나 지저분한 부분 없이 상당히 깔끔했습니다. 문을 여닫으며 어쩔 수 없이 들어오는 날벌레 이외에 벌레도 없었던 것 같습니다 (적어도 눈으로 본 적은 없습니다) 헤어드라이기, 롤빗 등도 구비되어 있었고, 방과 거실에도 거울이 있다는 점에서 앞의 화장실 메리트까지 합쳐져 외출 준비가 굉장히 수월했습니다. 황리단길이나 첨성대, 동궁과월지를 도보로 이동 가능하다는 점도 굉장히 큰 메리트였고, 맛있는 음식점도 가까운 곳에 있었습니다. 또한 매주 금요일에 나름 유명한 가수들이 방문하는 야외 콘서트가 열리는데, 숙소에서 도보로 5분 안에 이동할 수 있는 위치여서 편하게 이동하여 감상할 수 있었습니다. 호스트는 체크인 전에 주위 카페와 맛집, 숙소로 이동하는 방법 등을 친절하게 상세하게 안내해 주었으며, 빠르고 원활하게 소통할 수 있었습니다.

We arrived and the original listing needed repairs. Then the second place suffered an AC FAILURE. So she moved us to a nicer and very comfortable place. Really nice people. Nice place. She made a potential disaster into a very nice stay. Thank you.

We loved our stay in the apartment. It was relatively easy to find and the instructions were very clear. The apartment was very spacious and bright. It had all the amenities you could think of. It felt more like staying at a friend's house. The place had everything. It felt very homely. The host was responsive and helpful. The apartment is about a 5-minute taxi ride away from the main historical sights. I would love to stay there again.
