Welcome to our lovely house in Valby, just 15 minutes from central Copenhagen but in a quiet and pleasant residential area closed to through traffic. The train station and metro are only a 5-minute walk from the house, with direct access to the city. The house has been completely renovated over the past 5 years and features a modern interior, with multiple bedrooms spread across 3 floors and bathrooms on each floor. There are bedrooms for both children and adults, as well as some lovely outdoor areas with a large garden, pool, barbecue area, front garden and carport.

It takes less than 15 minutes to walk to Hvidovre station and 30 minutes to the center of Copenhagen by train. There is always organic coffee in the house

You will love this spacious house close to the airport, with fireplace, private pool 10x5 m, large garden with dart, badminton, gas grill and a huge trampoline. The house easily sleeps 8 persons in 5 seperate rooms. Babycot can be arranged additionally. Public transport takes you to downtown Copenhagen in 15 min, and 10 min walk to the beach and harbor. Huset er en klassisk dansk villa at større moderne arkitekttegnet tilbygning fra 2022 Huset har masser af plads og der er mulighed for at slappe af inde eller ude i haven efter en dag i byen. Huset og haven er ideel til børnefamilier og er stoppet til med legesager og udendørsaktiviteter (trampolin, sandkasse og meget mere) - og husets Christiania-cykel står til rådighed!

Copenhagen Family house

Family home in Copenhagen. A rare combination of a quiet neighborhood and 13 minutes from the main square by train. Literally two minute walk from a train station. Ground floor consists of a bright dining room and kitchen in one with exit to our garden, terrasse and BBQ. Entrance and large Living room. First floor bathroom, two bedrooms and a children's room for two children. Our Large Green House makes a nice setting for evenings of relaxation. All newly renovated with love.

15 mn from Cph city center

The house has a great atmosphere with big windows that give a lot of light. On the main floor, we have the entrée which gives way to the living room and big kitchen, as well as the master bedroom and a bathroom. Stairs bring to the upper floor which has 3 children's rooms, and a toilet. In the basement, there is another guest room, a laundry room, and an extra bathroom. The garden is cozy and big enough for any kind of game. You can enjoy a bit of motion on the trampoline :)

Vi har en solrig terrasse og have, hvor vi prioriterer biodiversitet, afslapning og leg. Til børnefamilier er der højstole, pusleplads og tremmeseng tilgængelige. I nærområdet ligger Søndermarken, Københavns ZOO, Valby parken med strand. Indkøbsmulighederne er mange.
