Holiday rentals with beach access in Huron County

Excellent communication. Great location. Excellent parking. Very clean. Located on the quieter side which was great. One minute walk to south beach which was very quiet and nice. Ten minute walk to main strip, excellent shopping, restaurants and beach.

This was the nicest Air Bnb we have ever stayed at. Very clean and homey. It was fully stocked with all of the things you could think of. It’s beautifully decorated, has lots of towels and blankets available and makes you feel right at home. Nina was super responsive and kind. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely choose this place when I’m back in the area. This place is a gem!

The Lake Suite at the Henry House was charming, as well as cozy and relaxing. The decor is lovely and is exactly as shown online. Many restaurants, cafes, taverns, etc. are located in the downtown area which is within walking distance so it is not always necessary to have to rely on your vehicle. A theater is even right around the corner! The parking option onsite (if available) is a wonderful add-on. The host, Brett, is very responsive and it is evident that he wants all of his guests to have a very enjoyable visit. I have family in the Stratford area and love having my own cozy space when visiting them. I am sure that I will return to the Henry House … it is a special treat for me and a wonderful place to stay!! Marsha H. Darien, Illinois, USA

If I could leave an infinite amount of stars I would. My boyfriend and I had an incredible stay and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Wendy is a fast, reliable, and great communicator. We were welcomed with a homemade charcuterie board, wine, and it was so appreciated after a long drive. Her and her husband are some of the most down to earth and genuine people I’ve met, and we are grateful for their kindness and hospitality. They are super knowledgeable about the area and had plenty of recommendations and suggestions so we could make the most out of our trip. The neighbourhood is safe and was easy to locate. The space was clean, easy to navigate and everything we could have needed was provided. We felt at home and never wanted to leave. Signing the guestbook on the way out was a sweet end to an amazing weekend - definitely hope to be back soon! Our first time in Bayfield was a treat and we will remember this weekend forever ❤️ Thank you Wendy and Rocco x

Perfect place for us to stay during a family weekend in nearby Grand Bend when we wanted some privacy and space. Kelly’s place is clean, quiet, well laid out, easy to find and comfortable! She was great at messaging and left some lovely welcoming touches. Would happily recommend this space!!!

Great host!! Jyoti was always quick to respond and gave us plenty of information to help us find things to do in a small town. The home was beautifully cozy with snow, beautiful view of the lake and a toasty wood burning fireplace. We had a great stay. Thank you Jyoti aka SUPER HOST!!

We can’t say enough great things about the Gray Haven and its wonderful hosts! The property is directly across the street from the beach, and a block away from Main St. The deck is perfect for sitting out, people watching, and listening to the waves. The cottage has everything you could need, but if you forgot something at home, stores are less than 5 mins away. Katherine is responsive, helpful, and so, so kind! She has thought of everything for the cottage - including bowls, a leash, and treats for our pup! If you’re looking for the perfect place to be your home base in Grand Bend, look no further!

Our stay was amazing. The amenities available to are too many to list. The home is extremely comfortable, clean and fun! The hosts are truly welcoming and accommodating. They made sure the driveway was clear of snow before our arrival which was very much appreciated. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great experience staying at this cottage. It is by far one of the nicest places on the Huron Shores. The view is spectacular through the huge windows. The house was spotless and clean, and very well appointed. Looked like it was out of a model home. Well stocked with games and things to do. Clean kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. We had a great and relaxing time. Would definitely recommend this cottage. We will absolutely be booking again.

This was a quiet, private, peaceful, and beautiful location. The house was nice with plenty of room for everyone. Being right on the water was what we wanted. The amenities were exactly what we wanted. The heated floors were awesome. Close to a town but still secluded. One thing to be aware of is having to rent linens at $20 per person which nobody expects to travel on vacation with bedsheets and thought it would be something included for the cost. Also, we were warned about the potholes in the road to the house but they were pretty drastic! All in all, would book again and hosts were very attentive.

Beautiful home as described. Close to everything. Safe and private. Great hosts who communicated in a timely manner. I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this home.

Very clean and spacious. Beds are very squeaky and the place could use some dishtowels but otherwise it's a great location - I would definitely recommend.

The Airbnb was amazing. All the rooms were super clean and the location was very walkable. The rooms supplied everything we needed which made it super convenient. It fit 6 people very well. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Grand Bend! The location was absolutely perfect - just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants, making it super convenient to enjoy everything this charming lakeside town has to offer. Our hosts were amazing - communicative, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions we had. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. The included parking was a huge bonus, especially in a busy area like Grand Bend where spots can be hard to come by. It made coming and going a breeze. The only minor downside was that the community hot tub wasn’t as clean as we would have liked, but that’s completely outside the host’s control and didn’t take away from our overall experience. We’d absolutely recommend this spot and would happily stay here again!

This is our second time staying here for a girls weekend and had a great time! This place is so close to the beach and the hosts were super responsive and helped us with anything we needed! Would definitely recommend staying here especially if you’re looking for something right on the strip!

sean and team were really nice and were amazing hosts! they upgraded us to a room with a lake view with no extra costs and it was so nice, loved seeing the frozen lake in the mornings during our stay! will most likely come back to stay here in the summer with friends.

Kendra’s place was clean, as advertised, very comfortable and homey and located on a great spot on the strip in the heart of Grand Bend, walkable to everything! Kendra was a pleasure to deal with, friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend Kendra and her Grand Bend condo without hesitation.
