Holiday rentals with beach access in Huntington

Had a great stay. Jamie was helpful and responded quickly, and accommodated us kindly. The house is very close to the ferry, which made the trek with luggage very easy. The house is one lot from the ocean, and hot tub on the roof has a great view. The mattress was also really great, sleeping well isn’t usually in the Pines experience but it was a highlight this trip

This listing was everything advertised and more. The location, various amenities, cleanliness, safety, location, host responsiveness and attentiveness were top notch! Our host made sure that communication was a top priority every step of the way. The host went above and beyond to provide a truly unique and memorable experience for me and my family. I am forever grateful and look forward to returning soon.

The space was exactly as described in the listing. Comfortable and clean, but not luxurious. Has everything you need for a short stay. I especially appreciated the free on-site parking spot. I would stay here again.

Bridget was very welcoming and a great host! This was one of the best stays we have had in an AirBnB and were amazed at all the thoughtful extras on hand. From the handwritten welcome note and snacks to the “if you forgot” like extra toothbrushes. If we are in the area again we will definitely try to book this space again.

This place is a true home away from home! The photos and description are spot on. They provide awesome linens and towels, and it’s just a six-minute walk from plenty of restaurants and shopping. Plus, it’s only 11 minutes from UBS Arena. The location is great, and it’s quite quiet. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m in the area.

Felt like a real home! Was very pleased upon immediate entry as they included items to accommodate my family specially (baby-proofed doors and stairs, high chair, etc.). Host was always very responsive and friendly. Everything in home was nice and in great condition. We hope to rent this home again in the future!

Several friends and I stay at Samantha’s place for a conference. It is a great experience staying at the historic house, with modern equipments. Highly recommended!

Our stay was exceptional and the views truly breathtaking!!! The home was pristine and geared to spending quality time together as a family, which we appreciated greatly. We traveled with our son and his family. The 4yr old twins, loved spending time outdoors and in the private beach area. They even had a large container available to them filled with an assortment of items which they used to build sand castles with their parents. Communication with our host was outstanding. It was evident they went through great care to make their home welcoming. Nothing was needed, but we knew they were but a call away. There was plenty of information in a binder available to guests with an array of eateries. Being in the medical field cleanliness is key… and this definitely was vacation ready. So make your plans, pack your bags. It won’t disappoint.

My family of 4 (including a 2 and 6 year old) stayed at Chris’ place for two nights for a quick getaway for spring break. Chris was incredibly helpful, by providing suggestions for us/the kids on local attractions, and was quick to help us problem solve when we couldn’t find a blender attachment for our morning smoothies. The house is beautiful, well equipped (especially with kid-specific items (high chair, stroller, books), and he also provided some provisions for our stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb if you’re looking to stay in this area!

Nicole is a phenomenal host and was so easy to chat with! We had a wonderful time and we would 100% book again in the future. She’s a dedicated host and we had a very flexible check in & check out. Nicole was readily available to answer any questions we had. The view is lovely and we adored the decor and layout of her Airbnb! What stood out the most to me is her binder that includes all you need to know about the area, food / date recommendations, schedules, etc. I thought that was very helpful and endearing. She goes above and beyond, you can tell she is passionate about her guests having a great time. The home was dated, but definitely worth the price. Convenient to shopping (Trader Joe's), access to I95, and just a short drive to downtown Darien. The amenities are also dated, i.e., not a walk-in shower but a jacuzzi type tub. Rory's restaurant was next door, which had very good food and reasonably priced. The host needs to add hand towels for the bathroom, and tea towels for the kitchen. The host was very responsive to text messages. Overall, we very much enjoyed the house.

Great little getaway, only wish it could've been longer! My favorite part was having the outdoor deck with a place to sit and take an outdoor shower (plus the grill but we didn't use it). Would definitely stay here again!

Met all of our needs to be close to family in the area for an event. It's very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The spiral staircase was steep and narrow, but we made it work. Thanks for a great overall stay!

the unit was perfect for my husband and myself and was in a very good location by the ferry and restaurants. It even had a rooftop deck to enjoy our wine time. We were close to the beach. We enjoyed walking to the different towns especially Ocean Beach which had shops and restaurants to explore. Anytime we had a question, we were able to contact someone to assist us as this is the first time we used an ABNB. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Nick’s place is the jackpot! My stay was comfortable and peaceful - two of my most important requirements in an airbnb. I had everything I needed, and Nick checked in to make sure my stay was going smoothly. He was also readily available for any questions I had. I loved the ease of attending my workshop at Pioneer Works. While my colleagues were taking Ubers in from other parts of Brooklyn and Manhattan, I had a mere 4 block walk. And the Red Hook neighborhood is a slice of life. I had everything I needed within a few blocks - restaurants, bars,bodegas and a few nice shops. This was an absolutely delightful place to stay, and I look forward to coming back and hopefully staying longer next time.

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

The spacious condo was spotless and bright with high ceilings. Plenty of room to spread out. Communication with the host was fast, they were very accommodating. The unit was very quiet and comfortable, easy to sleep. The kitchen is well equipped. I hope this will be available next time I’m in the area!

I didn’t expect much from this apartment, but I was pleasantly surprised. I was healing from an injury, and the quiet setting was just what I needed. The little red room was charming, the bathroom very clean, and the location—on a tranquil block just steps from the beach—was relaxing and convenient. The other guests were warm and accommodating, and the kindness of the locals truly melted my heart! I had a lovely stay and was very productive.
