Great place to stay. Walking distance to free public beach at Balaton, groceries, restaurants and many more. Place looks like just like on the photos. Definitely will recommend to others. The apartment was nice and spacious Gabor was very nice It was close to the road but it was quiet at night and i'm a little sensitive about noises. I would come back again next time in the area

The place matched the description and very cosy. Mátyásné is very friendly and gave us tips about things to see and do in Eger. The place is close to main attractions. We even got discounts at restaurants and other services because we stayed here. I can only recommend the apartment.

The chalet is located a little away from the beautiful city of Koszeg 15 min walk to the old city. It is located in a large quiet park in a very beautiful forest and natural surroundings. There are many hikes to do nearby. It has many amenities like a swing, a hammock, a slide, a ping pong table...which we really liked. It is well equipped and has a swimming pool to share with the occupants of the other chalets. Norbert welcomed us very warmly in German . We'll be happy to go back!

Everything was perfect, from the check in to the check out. I recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to spend some days near to the lake. Also the location is perfect, 5 min to the closest supermarket on foot and 5 to the city center by car

Very nice stay. Clean, tidy. Gábor's mother greeted us and arrived on time. We got a guest lounge tasting of their own wine and homemade eggs, which we ate for breakfast. The weather wasn't kind to us, so the panorama was missed, so we can come back in the good weather 😊

Lovely location, super friendly and helpful hosts. While rooms were functional and modest, there were also some luxurious facilities in the shared areas including jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Highly recommended.

The place was clean, nice, it looked just like the photos. Quiet, quiet location. 10 minutes to mhd to get to the center (about 30 minutes). A good self check-in process, communicating with the host is responsive and clear. We really enjoyed the stay. :)

It was a real recharge these few days. We loved the stay, the neighborhood. The place had everything, but it was really everything a resort could need. And a bunch of lovely items, books, details from the furniture handle to the bedside lamp. We loved the place.

We spent the great time on the bicycles was great. Balaton 10 min drive by bicycles by nice road. Nice garden to drink coffee after long day. Close shops for breakfast .

I was a little afraid that I would override the accommodation based on the photos, but in reality, the opposite was verified. Even seeing the pictures, I didn't think the place was as nice as it was in reality. The first pleasant impression is the kindness and directness of the hosts. The second one is larger than the spacious, well-designed, perfectly organized courtyard and parking lot. After that, we should not have been surprised by the quality of the apartment. What caught us first is the charm of the building originally built from stone, and the harmony of modern equipment. The kitchen in the same room as the room had everything we needed. The bathroom is clean and comfortable. In the room - sorted with a taste for us - everything you need to be comfortable is there. If I had to score, I would give the 10 with a calm soul on a 10 scale.

I'm usually not very much interested in the "design" of an accommodation, but in this case I have to make an exception. The place is extremely stylish, with a lot of attention to every small detail. I'd probably call the place as "rustic mediterranean" , which actually fits the city - even though lake Balaton is definitely not mediterranean :) All rooms has their own themes, and look like they are out of an interior design magazine. The garden is also very well maintained, feels somewhat like a casa at Croatia. Kudos to the owners - who are very nice and helpful, by the way - to put so much effort into their place, and to be pet friendly.
