Melissa’s home is BEAUTIFUL. I worked from the dining room on Friday and we spent the evenings watching movies in the living area, and it felt very homey. The bathroom was fantastic as well and everything was spotless and comfortable. This is not a place for little kids, being a townhouse with open stairs, but it was a perfect retreat for us.

Good place to stay

Our second stay was just as good as the first time. The hosts accommodated our fragrance free requests as some of us have extreme allergies. The house is organized and clean.

Our stay was great! The place is exactly as shown in the pictures, very clean and cozy. Communication with Zackary was excellent from before check-in, he was always attentive and willing to help when needed. We definitely recommend it!

This was our third time staying with Faith at the Mary Hannah, and I feel like we were visiting and staying at a friend's place! She is so sweet and thoughtful, even went above and beyond to provide lavender bubble bath and essential oils when I mentioned I loved soaking in the bathtub. Faith is such a sweet, kind, considerate host. Happy to recommend everyone stay with my friend Faith!

Me and my family loved the house, it was very comfortable and spacious. Communication was great and straight to the point. I was pleased how he walked us to using unfamiliar appliances. Once he was on the phone the grill started immediately. My family and I wished we had more time. So, see you next year James.

The house itself is amazing and VERY MUCH worth the price! The pool is the best I’ve ever been to and is worth the property rental just for this alone. House was very clean and very well organized. The extra amenities that come with the house are such a good upgrade that will have you wanting to go back again soon! Highly recommend this place!

I stayed in Adriana’s home for a girls trip and we had so much fun. The home was perfectly located close to everything. Restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, bars, and the airport. Easy access to the highway. The house was beautiful and had everything you would need to stay away from home and more. Exactly like the pictures. I would highly recommend.

Definitely a great location if your flying in to Houston International and looking to be close to everything Houston has to offer. We needed a place for family flying in for a Graduation, and Cosytastics place was definitely what we needed. Very good host and proactive. Wiuld definitely book here again.

I stay at a lot of rental properties and this place was by far the cleanest! I appreciate the attention to detail and the hosts going above and beyond! The area is nice and feels safe! We had a great stay here in this spacious house. Our Bernese mountain dog loved the very large, fenced backyard. We were familiar with the neighborhood, because my daughter, who we were visiting, lived there. It's great for walking your dog and very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.
