Very cosy home with lots of nice chill spaces and warm decor.

Booked the place for my family that came from out of the state and they loved the place. Very cosy and super comfortable. They house has automated gates, convenient for moving in and out. All spaces has air cons, although some are older models which requires more time to cool the room, I still wouldn’t complain given how everything else works to make the stay comfortable. ❤️

The house were clean and spacious, suitable for 2-3 small families. Host is a very responsive and nice person, even providing free buns and crackers during our stay 👍

Had a great stay! Prime location and very comfortable. The apartment space is thoughtfully designed, making the overall experience feel homey :) The hosts were really kind. I needed an international adapter, and got me one right away which was really thoughtful. Would definitely recommend!

After traveling to many countries and staying at many different Airbnbs, this was easily the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at and the best host I’ve ever had. The place is perfect for short term and long term stays. We arrived to the Airbnb at night and were greeted by Ng who went out of his way to provide us with dinner so that we can have a restful first night after flying in. The place is very spacious and had everything we wanted and needed during our stay. The space has a luxurious feel to it, with a great view of the Petronas towers. The living room and kitchen area were very nice, and the bedroom and bathroom were extremely comfortable. Location is great and so were the amenities. Fast working elevators in the building was also nice to have. Air conditioning worked well and bathroom shower had great pressure. We felt at home here and if we are ever in Kuala Lumpur again we will be sure to stay here again. Thank you, Ng!

Great and clean place

Overall is good and I satisfactory..

Spacious for a family gathering. Enough bedrooms and beds/mattresses to accommodate up to 20 pax comfortably. Well equipped with fridge, washer cum dryer, and host is responsive to queries. Place is easy to find and nearby to cafes, restaurants and convenience shops. If need be will book this place again in future.

The first Airbnb I truly enjoyed. My partner and I needed a place to stay in Malaysia - and Mont Kiara is perfect. It's safe, quiet, community here is amazing, and in these 2 months I've meet so many good and kind people that I'll miss. Shopping is easy, there is a gym, pools, everything I needed. And this area was a great place for taking late night runs, it's so quiet and safe - very nice. And there is a local running community I always see them while I'm on my runs. The Airbnb listing mentioned “light cooking,” but honestly, the kitchen was better equipped than my own home. Cooking here was AMAZING, the space was clean, easy to use, equipped and just very pretty. Living here was effortless. Small things, like the easy-to-use washing machine, made a big difference for someone like me who works long hours. I had a lot of extra time to create memories here and I couldn't be more grateful to Yau for this amazing place, and Malaysia for offering this. 100% coming back when I visit!

Host communicates well. The place was clean and in a good location. There are a couple malls within a short walk, KFC, Starbucks, donuts, etc. The condo is small but set up nice, with a big clean fridge. The aircon works really well, and the air is clean. The shower has nice hot water.

The room is very neat, clean, not spacious but well complete with everything you need for your stay. The location is accessible as well if you love to walk around the area - LRT station, malls, restaurants and convenience store are just nearby. The host are very responsive to any queries and provided everything we need during check in/out. Overall, we are very satisfied!

We had a great stay at Andrews place it was better a better location than we thought, the view from the apartment with the Petronas Towers in full view was spectacular

Enjoyable and comfortable stay, well designed air bnb unit with good vibes. Adequate of facilities and amenities makes the stay even more enjoyable. Tenant is always responsive, polite and gives clear instructions. Recommended and will definitely come back to here again. 👍👍

以下是我真實的評價，想讓大家參考。 總括來說，這裏是值得住宿的，地點真的一流👍🏻👍🏻 住宿樓下應有盡有，位於鬧市中，有很多大型商場，非常方便！客廳很大，如果是大群體，更加是超值的。不過缺點也有以下： 1）公寓的電梯真的太熱太熱了！完全沒有空調，沒有空調也理解，但竟然電梯內連抽氣扇也沒有，所以我們每天乘坐電梯時都會很擔心，如果乘坐中途電梯壞了，困在裏面就真的出大事了，這真的是安全問題，我相信會暈倒的 。當然這個問題跟James沒有關係，因為這個是大廈本身的問題，所以每天最討厭就是要出入電梯 。 2）我租住之前有看過這裏的評價，看到很多人都反映房間的空調不夠，而事實的確如此，房間的空調不夠，而房間內的洗手間更加是侷促的，洗手間是真的很熱很熱 。我在第二天的晚上10點多時，有短訊James反映，但可能他們已睡了，沒有回覆，而後來直到11點，我覺得有涼快了一點，所以我繼續短訊手James 說現在涼快了一點，就請他們早點休息吧，但第二天早上他們也沒有回覆過我，這點我就不太理解了 3）初次入住房間時，James的解說真的有點長，應該有半小時，而且要先付押金，也需要給所有訪客的護照號碼，規矩真的有點多，住其他B&B 很少有那麼多規矩，也看出James他們真的很緊張房子，不過這點也能理解，可能曾經有些住客不太合作吧 。另外我有嘗試用手機短訊跟他們溝通，但他們要求只能在Airbnb裏的訊息系統來溝通，我覺得這個不太方便，他們的規矩真的有點多，不過可以接受 4）我們入住第一晚，其中一間房子有一只活的蟑螂，是中型的，真的有點嚇壞了，所以我認為也存在着一點衛生問題，不過這個我沒有馬上向James反映，因為也算了，覺得反映也沒有用，因為我們都已經住進去了 以上是我真實的評價，我之前看這裏其他住客的評價，我曾經有猶豫是否應該租住，不過地點真的太棒了，所以我最後也選擇這裏，所以我才寫那麼多，希望能供其他人參考。總括來說，我覺得住這裡是值得的，不過電梯真的有點可怕，哈哈

My two-night stay at this apartment was fantastic, thanks to its unbeatable location and comfort! Situated in a lively area, it offered *easy access to amazing dining spots*, including the incredible **YAHALA restaurant**, just a short walk away—a must-visit for fresh, flavorful Mediterranean dishes. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and equipped with everything I needed, a cozy bed for restful nights! Quiet yet central, it balanced convenience and relaxation effortlessly, with amenities like reliable Wi-Fi and a dryer adding to the ease. Ideal for food lovers and explorers alike, this spot made my trip memorable. Highly recommend!

Great place for staycation. Recommended

We really enjoyed our stay at Stephen's place in KL. The location is perfect, walkable to any kind of food you might want to try, to the malls, etc. The building is well equipped with a pool, gym and other amenities. The apartment feels like a proper home, which we enjoyed. Aside from some maintenance issues, the cleanliness was very good. Chitra the housekeeper was extremely friendly and helpful all along. Stephen responds very fast to any questions or concerns. We stayed for 2 months and had an issue with the freezer/fridge but it was resolved very promptly. Unfortunately there was construction in the building for 1 entire month which we would have liked to know in advance but sadly it was a surprise, in the end they were only very loud for a handful of days and the rest was tolerable. We would definitely stay at Stephen's place again when back in KL.
