Housekeeping Cottage for Rent Weekly, Northern LG

AmyRating, 5 stars23 months ago
Charming cabin, centrally located with a water view. Relaxing enough to stay put or explore the area. Windows opened to cool us at night. Window unit AC used once during our stay. Able to cook several meals in the small kitchen. Shower is "stand up only" space with great water pressure. Loved our mornings of coffee on the dock.

An Cósta Óir at Huletts

The most amazing stay! The cabin had such a cozy vibe and the views to the lake were breath taking from the porch. Canoes and kayaks to go explore and a convenience store within walking distance, definitely recommend staying here!

Cheerful 3-bedroom a short walk to the beach !

CynthiaRating, 5 stars22 months ago
Cozy, clean cottage surrounded by green lawn and trees on a quiet private lane about 8 minutes' walk from the water. Recently remodeled kitchen with a large island for cooking, eating, and hanging out. Tim was very responsive and above-and-beyond helpful. Many extended families have homes in the area and we met a few of his brothers and cousins in the neighborhood, everyone was very friendly. Bring your own beach gear - towels, chairs, floaties, etc. You can rent canoes and kayaks at the marina but they are pricey ($60/day, no hourly rentals). Huletts Landing is an absolute gem if you are looking for quiet, peaceful surroundings and the beauty of the lake and islands. There is a small store at the marina and a little place to get ice cream but no restaurants - bring groceries to cook. Also, there is minimal cell phone reception and GPS is inexact - use the pin Tim sends you to find the house and plug it into your GPS early!

Water's Edge at Beaver Pond

TeresaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This charming pet friendly house was the perfect getaway. The house was clean, cozy and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Traffic is minimal on the road helping enhance the atmosphere of solitude. The view from the house is incredible. We kayaked Beaver Pond right from the dock, which is literally steps from the back door. Would definitely go again.

Huletts Landing, Lake Front w/ Dock, Lake George

BrianRating, 5 stars8 months ago
First... Location. Lake George in general, and Hulett's Landing in particular are truly one of the most magnificent places on Earth, especially in early fall. With the high season past, Jason's place was so quiet and peaceful. The calm waters of the cove were still warm enough to swim, even as the leaves turned colorful and drifted to the ground. The stars on a moonless night were plentiful, and we did not strain to see the Milky Way right before us. Jason's lake house is well-built, fully appointed and seemingly the quintessential lake house. We easily entertained old friends the first night, put on a delicious feast, and a had cozy camp fire and s'mores while catching up at the end of the evening. The beds and furnishings were quite comfortable. With 2.5 baths, there was no waiting in line. The private, lakeside location and dock were ideal. It was great fun paddling out to the tiny island at the head of the cove. Jason was a gracious and responsive host too. I hope to come back.

Cozy Cabin by Lake George!

AshleyRating, 5 stars4 days ago
The campground is peaceful, well-kept, extremely clean, and well-organized. The sites are spacious and a great mix of pull-through and back-ins. With two young children, I appreciated how quiet the campground was - I didn't have to worry about cars and golf carts zipping past our site. The cabin itself was really great and a happy medium between camping and glamping. The shower was hot, and having our own restroom and kitchenette was so convenient for our family. Cumberland Farms and Dunkin were only a few minutes' drive away for added convenience. It is a straight shot down 149 to Lake George / the outlets, which is also a massive perk. We will be visiting again.
