Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Huerta de Murcia

Great place to stay. Very remote and peaceful. There were 13 of us in total (kids and adults) and all enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend coming by car as it's quite remote and restaurants and other things are too far away to walk.

Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! A great cottage right on the inland lake on La Manga, super equipped, everything you wanted was there. After just under two hours' drive from Alicante airport (it went faster on the return trip with 9.70 euros toll), you can get to a small idyll on an island with countless high-rises, where you feel completely in nature on the edge of tourist life and hustle and bustle. The house has been a little outdated or uninhabited for a while, but after a short time we had prepared everything so that we felt very comfortable. Thanks, we'll be happy to come back!

To say that communication was very good from the first moment. We had an event and needed a flexible check out time and didn't have any issues. The house is in a quiet area, takes care of every detail, like at home. We went with a pet and the place has plenty of space for her and well-conditioned in every aspect. The access to the house was autonomous and his instructions were perfect. Recommendation to find exact location, if you direct you to an area where there is a bar, go back or progress according to where you arrive until you pass a small bridge that crosses the river...since from what they told us they have changed the numbering and the google maps sometimes sends you about 100m. This is an amazing villa - even better than the photos. We stayed in Françoise’s villa for Christmas and had a wonderful time. The villa is palatial - lots of space for the family and very well appointed. It’s very close to the beach too. Françoise went out of her way to be helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We would love to stay here again.

The stay was just perfect! The place was the same as in the photos – super clean, stylishly furnished and lovingly prepared down to the last detail. The hosts were incredibly warm, helpful, and always available if any questions came up. The location was also great: quiet, but still central, so you could reach everything quickly. I felt very comfortable from the first minute and would definitely like to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Augustin was flexible with our check-in, so we could comfortably settle in before the scheduled time. He gave us great advice on what to do and gave clear instructions on how the apartment worked. The apartment in itself was clean and even prettier than the pictures, and the kitchen was spacious and had all necessities. The location was great, everything was within walking distance or easy to get to with public transportation. It was a great stay and I would love to revisit.

We can’t thank Bogdan enough! From start to finish, the communication has been amazing! He was responsive and helpful and willing to go above and beyond! The villa is brilliant, absolutely perfect for families, we went as 2 families of 4, all 8 of us were impressed! The kids absolutely loved the garden and also loved the many kids toys inside the villa. Everything we needed was there on arrival, even down to the little things that people usually forget such as pool floaties, tin foil and bin liners, plates for the kids, cooking oil and seasonings! So many handy little things that definitely came in useful! Really recommend Butterfly Villa to all, and a massive THANK YOU again for all Bogdan done! Amazing stay!

Much better than the photos, the property is very large and nice. We enjoyed all the different spaces. And very good communication with the owner.

Spacious villa in a quiet area. We had a great time. Some small issues, but the host responded quickly and fixed everything ASAP. We had a great time. Walking distance to golf course with restaurants and supermarket, but recommend other guests to have a car or electric bike for the possibility to move around in the area.

The Villa is fantastic! The pool and pool area is perfect for kids and relaxing, in such quiet surroundings. Completely fenced off, so no worry of kids getting out anywhere, and inflatables that were there for us to borrow, which my 7yr old loved! The Villa itself is well equipped with everything you need and more, would love to stay here again, but next time for longer. We didn’t want to leave. The Villa is a short walk to the Sea Front and has some great little back street restaurants which are really reasonably priced, and the food was great! As a host, Bert was so responsive and managed to accommodate a later check out due to our flights being changed last minute by Jet2, so thanks again for that! Thanks Bert for being a great host, and letting us use your beautiful Villa!

Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!

Well-equipped spacious house. Wide garden with a great pool. The neighborhood is very quiet and has a supermarket where to buy basic things. It is 15 mins by car from the beach. Perfect if you're looking for quiet.
