This was the perfect spot to enjoy Hoboken! We were able to walk to all restaurants, coffee shops and local sites and the place was clean, spacious and quiet. We would come back in an instant! Extremely convenient!

The apartment is very beautiful, cozy and spotless clean. The location is excellent, it was just a 10-minute Uber ride to Journal Square and 15 minutes to the American Dream. It’s fully furnished and equipped with everything we needed. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Isaac’s apartment was absolutely wonderful, offering a stunning view of New York City from the rooftop. The space was spotless and beautifully maintained. We truly appreciated the classic New York-style architecture and admired the high ceilings, which added so much character to the place. Isaac was super responsive and extremely prompt. One small suggestion: it would be even more convenient if there were wheelchair access for elderly people or a ramp to assist with bringing up heavy luggage. Overall, it was a delightful stay—peaceful, stylish, and full of charm. We would love to come back again and again, and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Sanjenis’s place was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. Sanjenis communicated very well; any question I had he answered, with details. He gives very descriptive instructions which is super helpful. The neighborhood was very safe. My kids and I walked to the local deli and also wonder bagels which was an 8 minute walk, and the food was delicious! If I’m ever in the area again I would not hesitate to book Sanjenis’s place!

This was hands down the best stay! The host had everything on hand we could possibly need when traveling from out of town. And then some. I was truly impressed with how well she communicated and made sure we had all we needed. It was a very comfy stay and the ease of getting places around the city from the Airbnb was awesome. Would definitely stay here again

It’s a pretty rad spot on the edge of the East Village. Perfect for a few nights in the city. Communication is very good, everything went as stated and all codes and check in were smooth. Recommended.

Wir hatten ein paar wunderbare Tage in der Unterkunft von Johanna. Die Lage war fantastisch, nur ein paar wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt von der Haltestelle, dort fuhr die Bahn nach Manhattan (2 Haltestellen). Es war sehr ruhig in der Nachbarschaft, aber trotzdem hatte man schöne Restaurants, Bars und Cafés in der Nähe. Die Küche in der Unterkunft ist wirklich gut ausgestattet, ich denke es eignet sich auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das Schlafzimmer war super, das Bett sehr bequem und mit dem Fenster in den Garten war es dort schön ruhig. Es gab genügend Decken und Handtücher, falls man zusätzlich welche benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit Johanna war super, wir haben sehr schnell Antworten auf unsere Fragen erhalten. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Lourdes was an incredibly warm and welcoming host. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel at home with her kindness and attentiveness. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Her hospitality truly made the stay special. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Gonza in North Bergen war sehr gelungen. Die Unterkunft war dank der Beschreibung sehr gut zu finden. Die gesamte Unterkunft war wirklich sehr sauber und so ausgestattet wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war genau das richtige, um nach aufregenden Tagen in New York abends abzuschalten und zur Ruhe zu kommen. Die Wohnung ist ca. 10 min zu Fuß entfernt von der Bushaltestelle, von der man New York in 30 min (bei guten Verkehrverhältnissen) bis 45 min (wenn etwas mehr los ist) erreichen kann. Etwas Fahrzeit mussten wir also immer einplanen, aber das war in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft auch so angegeben. Gonza war für uns auch für Fragen auch immer sofort erreichbar. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft für einen New-York-Trip auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

The place was amazing . Very clean and cozy . I was in love with the decoration and the colors . I will definitely book it again. The bathroom was very clean , the kitchen as well . I enjoyed staying there .

I can’t say enough positive things about Mao’s Victorian brownstone. From the decor, to the amenities, to the recommendations and travel instructions provided, Mao and Chisako were incredibly helpful hosts. You can feel the love and kindness they put into their home, and how much they care about it and everyone who stays there. We absolutely loved Hoboken, it was such a wonderful and walkable (and run-able!) area. Mao and Chisako’s instructions for traveling to NYC were so helpful and clear and we were able to follow all their advice. We tried all forms of transportation, from the bus to the subway to the ferry to Lyft! All were super easy and convenient. I loved being able to wake up and walk to the local bagel shop or convenience store. My husband, my mother, and myself came to stay for my mother’s 70th birthday, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect place for the 3 of us, not to mention the beds were super comfy! Thank you so much Mao and Chisako! 🙏

The Air BnB was very nice. On the corner of the street there is a bus that will take you directly to NYC, which we took full advantage of. The Air BnB is located in a quiet neighborhood and there are plenty of places to eat nearby.

The house is gorgeous and comfortable for a family. Yanet has all the amenities and also a few helpful items for cooking. She helped graciously with an early check-in. The grocery stores are nearby. Yanet is a wonderful host who provides directions and suggestions if you want to visit New York and other sites. I rented a car, and that helped me visit the tourist spots. Yanet has a parking space in the driveway. There is parking nearby all tourist attractions, and it costs around 50-80 dollars for 4 hours. The drive from this property is 45-50 minutes to Ground Zero or Central Park. 35-40 minutes to ferry from New Jersey to the Statue of Liberty. There is a bus stop 2 blocks away. If you are carrying luggage, come prepared; there are 2 stairs. This house is a home away from home. Yanet responds quickly and helps with requests.

This Apt. was better then heaven. The view to Hudson River, the quietness, the charming interior and the bike path along the river are unique. We want to come again.

Nicely renovated basement apartment. Ben was a wonderful host and made our stay comfortable. Kitchen had everything that we needed and having a designated parking spot was great. It is a short walk away from the apartment. Backyard was ideal has we were traveling with our dog. Location was perfect for our event at Liberty State Park. Would recommend if you plan to visit Jersey City.

Highly recommended!!!! This apartment is exactly like in photos. All the amenities, beautiful views, nice neighborhood, walkable area, super clean and organized, comfortable furniture and ideal design! Owner is super quick and gives answers right away!!! Always ready to help with anything!! This apartment was everything what we needed and more! We have been a family of 5 (fifth person was using a couch for sleeping but it was very comfortable). Bedrooms and bathrooms were huge. One bedroom was master bedroom. Kitchen had all the appliances, dishwasher, big fridge, coffee machine with coffee, clothes washing machine and dryer, iron with the iron table, 2 hair dryers, lots of bed sheets, robes etc. the home design is perfect!! Full of nice decorations and even beautiful trees!!! We have not used pool and gym but it is available too. We also used a free parking for our car and it was very convenient! This apartment is 100/100 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is a little Gem, only 1 min walk and you have the bus 159 to port authority bus terminal in NYC. 2 min walk and it has row of restaurants and cafe you can’t miss and great food . The bathroom was clean and the shower water speed is amazing . The studio is perfect for those who just want to get away and myself and my wife we have really enjoyed . The kitchen in fully equipped with pans and pots so relax and make your own Egg Benedict

Ed was very easy to communicate with, we had questions or wanted clarification and he was fast to respond in a very friendly and welcoming manner. This place was super clean, and comfortable.
