This room has a separate shower and bathtub, private kitchen, balcony barbecue area, outdoor tables and chairs, and hammocks. You can relax and enjoy the privacy and natural beauty. Spacious and comfortable room with a Sealy brand bed, sofa set, 70-inch flat-screen TV, and a small double bed for children (add one child for $500 per night, please inform the host after booking). You can see the ocean from your bed, and on sunny days you can see the sunrise, the stars, the Milky Way, and the moonlight sea. Self check-in without hassle, the room door will be unlocked, the key will be on the table, and you are welcome anytime on the day of check-in. The mezzanine is 5.2 meters high, with a total of 3 rooms, accommodating 6 people. The number of rooms that are open is determined by the number of guests. If the number of guests is less than four (including four), a fee of NT$350 will be charged to open the third room. There is a view kitchen but only open for making coffee (capsule coffee machine and coffee capsules are provided), tea or light cooking. No cooking is provided. Xinxiang House is located about 5 minutes walk from Hualien Cultural and Creative Park. It is one of the few Japanese houses in Hualien. The house is simple and comfortable. We have retained the original structure of the house and given the house a new life. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from Xinxiang House to the city center.
