The house is located in a quiet part of the village, but within walking distance, you can find restaurants, shops, a bus stop, and the Kozel brewery.

Součástí Smrkovky je i terasa se zahradním nábytkem, ze které si můžete vychutnat nádherný výhled do okolí. A to vše jak za slunečného, tak i nepříznivého počasí zachumlaní pod dekou.
