Incredibly local to Howick Village, only a short walk to cafes, bars, shops, and supermarkets. Walking distance to Owairoa Primary. A quiet unit above a double garage that is not used often, and is separate from the main house with no internal access.

Our Guest Suite is perfect for guests needing a beautiful retreat to stay on trips to the area, caters for 1-4 people if needing a place with 2 bedrooms, 1 having a double bed the other a queen, lounge room to chill out, watch movies, stylish bathroom with shower and a bath to soak in. We have an outdoor lounge area undercover directly outside the bedrooms, the spa pool is available between April to November (on request) which is also located near the outdoor area
