This is one of the few places in the area with a pool.
Located on a quiet street, in a charmingly classic well maintained building with a sunny rooftop swimming pool & deck. Steps from the cornice sea walk, beautiful beaches, American Univ. of Beirut/Medical Center, Lebanese American University, CMC, and the vibrant cosmopolitan Hamra Street and its lovely cafes and nightlife. Includes free: WiFi, pool access for you and your guests, daily cleaning, towels and linens.

The space
This is a single private apartment with an equipped kitchen and bathroom
Access to the apartment is with magnetic keys which also open the main lobby door.
We have on site laundry washers and dryers for your use free of charge.
The building is also equipped with emergency power generator and an Otis elevator. Our water is fresh unlike other buildings which might have salt water because of use of well water.
The concierge is available on site 24/7 for any assistance. There are many shops, grocery stores, mini markets, and bakeries in the neighborhood for your to enjoy, or ask the concierge to get your deliveries.
You may also leave your bags with the concierge in case you have a late flight or if you arrived in the early morning before check-in time.

Our neighborhood is in Hamra, a beautiful, lively, young, intellectual, cosmopolitan, and international neighborhood famous in Lebanon. There is something to do any time of day or night. You can enjoy succulent foods at many of Hamra's restaurants, street food outlets and fresh bakeries, or have coffee, deserts and ice creams in the many "cafes trottoirs" (sidewalk cafes).
We are a walk away from wonderful beaches, the seaside cornice where you may enjoy a jog, cycling, a stroll, or relaxing sunset views.
We are also steps away from the American University of Beirut on Bliss Street, the Lebanese American University in Koreitem, and Clemenceau Medical Center in Clemenceau.
