Neighbourhood highlights

The house is situated on a road in to the city centre within a large residential area. It takes about 20 minutes to walk into the city centre passing over the Stirling Old Bridge. The Wallace Monument is on a crag at the end of the road, less than a mile from the house. There is also a great Italian Cafe at the end of the road plus a lovely local pub and restaurant located nearby (both between 10-15minute walks from the house)

I took a career break in 2008 and never got round to going back to my corporate job. I now own a guest house plus a self catering apartment in Stirling. Can't live without my morning cafetiere of coffee, if you want breakfast you had better make sure I've drunk my coffee. I will stay anywhere as long as its clean and comfortable, getting too old now to be roughing it.
When I'm not managing the house or apartment I'm usually out on the local hills either biking or running. If you need any trail tips during your stay please do not hesitate to contact me.
