Three possibilities:

1 - Arriving from Meknes, Rabat or Casablanca through the Highway
Upon leaving the Highway, go straight towards the city center. You drive along an avenue with palm trees and fountains. At the end of this road you will come to a large fountain and on the right you will see a McDonalds. Pass the traffic light and stay on the left lane. You go straight in the wake of the avenue and drive along a CARREFOUR shopping center. After a small roundabout go under the Monumental Gate on your left. You go up until you reach a new roundabout with a fountain. Turn right and drive along the football field. You follow the signs saying “Palais FARAJ”, they will guide you to the (Bab Ziat) Gate just before Palais FARAJ, in which you enter the medina.
After passing the gate you will see a green Pharmacy sign. The Riad is on the left at the first intersection (large garage on the corner).

2 - Tangier, Chefchaouen, Volubilis and Meknes by road
Direction of the Old Medina. The supermarket Marjane is on your right.

Continue straight down the road for 700 meters with a big left turn. Follow the signs saying “Palais FARAJ”.
At the second Gate (the first is one-way), go left. A Green Pharmacy sign is visible. The Riad is on the left at the first intersection (large garage on the corner).

3 - From Ifrane, Marrakech, Erfoud, an the Airport
Straight to the city center, you cross the city to a large roundabout with a large central fountain, turn right 90° leaving the McDonalds on your right. Then you turn left at the second traffic light. When you arrive at another roundabout with a fountain (the second light), turn right down the road for 700 meters with a big left turn. Follow the signs saying “Palais FARAJ”.

Other things to note
