We are easy to find on Great King Street, just a 30 minutes drive from Dunedin Airport. We are centrally located within walking distance to City Centre.

The space
Ground floor and upstairs studios. Features a Queen bed, ensuite shower, heated towel rail, hair dryer, tea/coffee and toast making facilities, cutlery and crockery, microwave, refrigerator, electric jug, electric heater and radio alarm clock. Also includes Free WiFi, 50+Sky channels using a Smart TV, a writing desk and telephone. Perfect for a one night stay. This room is not suitable for cooking meals.
