The space
4 rooms are rented out of the 8 that we have on the property, all with independent access and without needing to go through the areas of the other or without renting. The house has the front breeze, with garden in front,and the street with little traffic since it is closed to 4th avenue. It has no other constructions in front or back.

Guests have a pleasant terrace for breakfast or just to rest and a beautiful garden to enjoy the sun and nature.
Ropes are available for wet clothes.
On the terrace it has a table as well as chairs and sun loungers.
The room features: air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, fan, hot water, as well as a pantry and a table with chairs.

Other things to note
Breakfast is offered for an extra cost, starting at 9am. There is a parking area for 2 cars inside the front garden. The windows in the room all have mosquito net.
