Here at the Rose Street Bed & Breakfast, it is our goal to make sure that all of our guests are relaxed and pampered during their stay. A full breakfast is served every morning along with afternoon coffee and tea with pastries. There is plenty of outdoor seating and even a firepit. Inside, you can make yourself at home in the den, snuggle up with a book in the library or enjoy socializing with friends in the living room. All are welcome! We look forward to your visit!

The space
Our home is located in historic Georgetown, Colorado. It is a beautiful Victorian home that has been lovingly updated and kept fresh while maintaining its old world charm. The common spaces are open and inviting and there are two fireplaces downstairs where you can cozy up with a good book or play a board game with your friends. Don't be surprised if you see multiple deer roaming around in our spacious yard! Wildlife is abundant here as we are located at the beginning of Guanella Pass.

Guest access
Guests have access to the rooms they book and a private full bathroom with locks. We will clean daily throughout your stay and refresh linens as needed unless you prefer your room to be undisturbed. Guests also have access to common areas in the house where other guests may also be. There is a foyer, library, formal living room and den. All guests are invited to a complimentary full breakfast in the dining room and pastry service at 3pm daily. Coffe,tea and water are available in the kitchen 24 hours a day.

Other things to note
There are stairs leading to the guest rooms that are a little steep due to the era that our house was built. Please remember this if you plan to bring young children. Parking is located in the gravel driveway closest to 2nd street. Be mindful that you may not be our only guest and leave space for others. We are a 100% smoke free property.

Georgetown is a very charming historic neighborhood. We are very easy walking distance to the local brewery, multiple restaurants, unique shopping, art galleries, museums and a coffee shop. Don't forget to check out the book sale at the local library! The start of Guanella Pass Scenic Drive is literally right next door. There are many activities a very short drive away: hiking trails, bike trails, rafting, fishing, skiing, The Georgetown Loop Railroad, 14ers.
