Where you’ll be

Our guesthouse faces the beach, just cross the road and you are suddenly walking in ocean waves. Have your morning coffee in the gentle sea breeze. Enjoy beach yoga or looking for seashells on the seashore. Close by there are cafes, restaurants,”Izakaya” (traditional Japanese pub-like food and  drink place), sweets shops(Okinawa traditional sweets called “Chinsukou”), pottery shops and studios, Sanshin(traditional Okinawan three stringed instrument) shop, fishing docks, beautiful nature reserve beaches, parks, sugarcane fields and much more. And everything can be reached by foot!

One of the best snorkeling & diving spots in Okinawa , the Blue Cave at Maeda Cape is just a 6 minute car drive away.
There is also bus service to the  Blue Cave at Maeda Cape.

And we opened our oceanfront condo "blue point Okinawa" next to "Life is a Journey" in 2020.
I love surfing, sup, snorkeling, and other ocean play, and I also host sup & snorkel tours from spring to autumn in the ocean in front of me.
