There are often deer in the back yard, and at night you can see horses and carriages go by from the Arlington Hotel.> The renovation of the house to make it fun, cozy, and safe for our guests has been a labor of love. We welcome any visitors who will respect and enjoy the property!! We have a portable Pack and Play for toddlers! We love children! The dining area faces the Park, and the TV room is between that and the kitchen!

You will fall in love with our "Tree house" located in the beautiful foothills of the Ouachita mountains. Ours is a 1700 sq Ft separate apartment with one oversize bedroom with king size Sleep Number bed, open concept living/dining room, full kitchen, bath, and deck with a gas BBQ pit, patio table, and hammocks. There is a TV in the living room and bedroom with local channels and Firestick. Completely stocked kitchen, with coffee maker, toaster oven, range, oven and refrigerator with ice maker.

Our home is in a great central area just 2 miles from downtown and the race track. You'll be just a few minutes away from great restaurants and shopping. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath. There is a spacious living room, fully stocked kitchen, and dining room. The back yard is large and completely fenced in (pet friendly). There is a large deck on the back of the house that can be accessed from the dining room and master bedroom. Our home is a great place to enjoy a relaxing vacation!

Although it is "dated", it is cozy, clean, affordable, has 2 free off street parking spaces and is .6 of a mile to downtown. -3 separate rentals on property. -Shared parking behind the house. -Must walk down outside stairs to entrance. -YOU WILL HEAR FOOTSTEPS & NOISE IF THERE ARE GUESTS STAYING UPSTAIRS. -Curtain on patio for added privacy. -We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance. -NO LOCALS.
