Lakefront Cabin is 30ft. from the seawall, has a pedal boat to use if desired, EV Charger, level 2 available, bring life jackets (lake is lowered in the winter, can’t use pedal boat or fish).Cabin has 2 bedrooms with kings, 2 baths (one with tub/shower and the other walk in shower), washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, 2 electric fireplaces, firepit outside, picnic table, patio table, charcoal grill and a swing close to the lake. We have many return guests that call cabin "A LITTLE PARADISE”

The Treehouse is a quiet and peaceful retreat.

Tropical Treehouse set in a ten acre Jungle Garden with a canal lagoon. Private mature forest park of 250 acres and five miles of nature trails. There are four lakes and the Treehouse overlooks Lake Winnamocka. The house is 35 feet in the air accessible by stairs but with a cargo lift for luggage and groceries. The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.

Amazing pebbled floored shower with marble vanity in the bathroom. This unit is my smallest, it’s like staying in a tiny house. It does have the largest covered patio. Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and walk back up to the parking spot which is under a carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 3 feet, there will still be water in my cove .
