Fire pit and grill (seasonal). One mile to downtown BC on a walkable bike trail and six miles to Boyne Mountain.

The covered porch and patio with grill and fire pit are a great place to relax day and night. Nestled in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, you are only 3 blocks to the best restaurants and bars downtown and just 2 blocks from the best public beach in the city. This is a spacious, beautiful home with all the amenities that is located off of US 31 right in-between Petoskey and Charlevoix. We are one mile south of the bay with access across US 31. We are 8 miles from Petoskey State Park which has a huge, beautiful beach. This home has a large deck perfect for gathering/barbequing. This home is in the quiet community of Bay Shore Estates which is a manufactured home community. Dogs are welcome but see below for breed restrictions ($25 flat fee).

We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.

From the moment I arrived, everything was absolutely perfect — super clean, beautifully set up, and it smelled amazing inside. You can tell that Will and Brienna put real care and attention into every detail. The place had everything I needed and felt incredibly welcoming and comfortable. Whether it’s a short stay or a longer trip, this is the kind of space that makes you feel right at home. Will and Brienna were fantastic hosts — friendly, thoughtful, and responsive. I honestly wish I could give this stay 6 stars. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier Airbnb experience!

The efficiency apartment was perfect with great amenities! The host even had a 50 amp outlet for my Tesla to charge! I would definitely recommend this place! It was also near the Charlevoix yacht club where my daughter got married! Beautiful place!
