Holiday rentals with a patio in Hortolândia

Mr. Paulo is very polite. Apt according to the photos and description. I felt at home for 8 days.

I was hosted for 4 days and it was a great experience! Cintia facilitated our communication and our stay and always responded to me very kindly and quickly. The apartment is exactly as described, extremely clean, comfortable, organized and with all amenities for a good stay. The district is excellent with a market, bakery, pharmacy, etc. I will need to go back more often to Campinas and I certainly want to stay in this apartment again. Antônio has always been helpful and proactive. He sent all the information before check-in, so we had no problem entering the apartment. And speaking of the apartment, my wife and I love it, especially because it's on the top floor, which results in a wonderful view. I definitely recommend Antônio as a host and his apartment, which was impeccable. If I have another opportunity to return to Campinas, I will certainly intend to stay in Antônio's apartment again.

Paulo, served us very well, the house was clean and organized, but there were not many utensils in the kitchen, the leisure area is good, the pool was heated, however, he hung up and the other days it was cold what I found impolite on his part, he also turns off all the lights at 10 pm, it was a point that we did not see in the listing and it hurt us a little bit since we were attending a work event in the city and we arrived after this time, the accommodations were simple, but adequate, if it was to enjoy the day the place is excellent and we would come back more times.

Nice place, clean, I felt at home, I just missed a blender and as SP is going through a wave of intense heat, so the fan was never enough, not even at night, I believe that when the weather is cold it must be wonderful, because the place is just cozy, I want to suggest a screen on the bedroom window for hot days to leave it open, as we did, otherwise it would be impossible to sleep in the bedroom and a wardrobe in the area, because the weather was very pleasant there. When we opened the door, it was a wonderful wind at night.

We really like to have the Carnival at the Teacara!!! pool always with warm water, spacious barbecue area, well distributed rooms, the suite is huge... equipped kitchen, has a very large room with 3 environments, living room with two sofas, TV room and two more sofas and the dining room. The table outside on the balcony is the place we have the most, as it gives a wider and more beautiful view of the farmhouse. Caseiro Alexandre super helpful!!! General We like it so much
