Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature - whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You will find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovan in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they cannot be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Villa Dvorečná

Have fun with the whole family or a group of friends at this stylish place. The building offers comfortable accommodation for up to 17 people. Villa Dvorečná is located on the outskirts of the village of Dvorečná, about five minutes by car from the ski slope in Lipno nad Vltavou. The building is three-storey with two terraces, a grill, a fireplace, a covered outdoor pool with a counter-current and an indoor wellness with a sauna and a hot tub. We rent the whole building. If you are traveling with small children, it is possible to rent a crib, high chair or bathtub.

We pride ourselves on loyalty and discretion – here, it's just you, the fireplace and the hot tub! An outdoor hot tub for 24-hour use is included in the rental. Bed linen, hand towels and bath towels are always clean. Panorama House Lipno is located in the area of Karlovy Dvory, 3km from the village of Horní Planá for shopping opportunities. Swimming in the Lipno Reservoir at a distance of 750m.

Romantic cottage in seclusion

A romantic summer on the farm Romantic accommodation in a secluded location in nature, just a few minutes from the town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou. The mini house is near a small family farm, which also includes a small bee farm. By arrangement, it is possible to tour the bee farm and purchase local honey, which is a regional product. The surrounding area is ideal for mushroom picking, cycling, and hiking. The town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou is only 2.5 km away. Here you can visit Rožmberk Castle or go rafting on the Vltava River in the summer months.

The cottage is located in the cottage area Dobrá voda in Horní Planá less than two kilometers from the Lipno dam. Ideal for families with children. There are activities for cyclists, fishermen, mushroom pickers, tourists... Near Dobrá voda there are all amenities for visitors: restaurants, shops, cultural and information center, summer cinema, hiking and biking trails, beach and many summer events organized by the town of Horní Planá. The cottage is heated by electric INFRA heating, pellet stoves and a fireplace.

There are four other cottages in the building. The wooden house offers comfortable and unique accommodation for two adults (double bed) and one child or person up to 160 cm (upper bed) The cottage is equipped with a kitchen including a stove, kettle, dishes, toilet with shower and terrace with grill. Free parking on site.

Lipenská Chajda offers magical accommodation in the historic village of Radslav. The accommodation is located in the historic village of Radslav near Černá in Pošumaví, a few minutes walk from Lipna beach.
