Štúdio Helena v centre

Zrekonštruované štúdio sa nachádza v centre mesta v budove na treťom poschodí v podkroví. Štúdio je zariadené tak, aby bola oddelená nočná časť od dennej. Súčasťou štúdia je samostatná kúpeľňa s toaletou. Kuchyňa je vybavená vstavanou chladničkou, indukčnou prenosnou varnou doskou a základným riadom. V kúpeľni sú hosťom k dispozícii uteráky a osušky. V cene ubytovania je aj posteľné prádlo. Do centra sa dostanete peši za 3 minúty. V štúdiu, ako aj v celej budove, je zákaz fajčenia.

Our wooden cabin is situated between two rivers. So it is a wonderfull and very peacefull place to stay. Downstair, there is a main room, with modern kitchen, fridge, washing machine, diswasher machine... there is a fireplace, that can heat whole cabin. The large terace is great place where you can enjoy your cup of tea or coffee. the garden and surounding is a really great place for kids. and if the weather will be bad, thay will maybe happy from swing low in the cabin... :-)

Otherwise, the price is adjusted. 2+1 apartment with a balcony for up to four people. The second bedroom can be a walk-through living room with a sofa bed, some may find it harder and for 2 people narrow 125 cm, more for 2 children. Families with children welcome. Limited parking in front of the house - estate.

Accommodation at Macečků - cottage

The cottage is located in the same place as the Mečová Ski Resort, in the heart of the Beskydy Mountains, in a very quiet place full of beautiful nature. The cottage has a kitchen equipped with a microwave, oven and stove. Of course, in the kitchen you will find full cabinets of dishes necessary for cooking or serving. There is a fireplace in front of the cottage and we also offer the possibility of renting a grill. We have a TV in the cottage. Pets are welcome.

Postavené vlastnými rukami od základov až po ručne vyrobený nábytok interiéru. Upravené okolie domčeka pre Vaše pohodlie: terasa s lehátkami a vaničkami na kúpanie v lete, kaďa s vyhrievanou vodou na jarné a jesenné dni, vonkajšie posedenie na čiastočne krytej terase vedľa malého rybníka, priestor na grilovanie či opekanie. A všade navôkol vysadená zeleň. Záležalo mi na tom, aby hostia zažili kvalitu a komfort na pohľad aj na vlastnej koži.

It is located just below the Javorník ridge and the surrounding area offers an abundance of trails, views and interesting destinations. The hiking trail to the Pulčínské skály rocks leads directly from the house. Located in the Beskydy Protected Landscape Area, it is also ideal for observing the night sky.

Malá Praha in the center of Žilina

To save money on hotels, I renovated in 2012 the second apartment in the basement of our house to offer accommodation to artists and performers coming to Stanica & Nová synagóga art centres where I work. When it is free, travelers and tourists are welcome. We are in the town centre, in great neighborhood called Mala Praha (Little Prague), close to everything and quiet in the same time. I really like hosting guests.

Studánky cottage

The cottage is in the Podťaté Valley, a listed area. It was built for recreational purposes in the 1960s and was the first weekend house in the area. In 2023, it was undergoing partial reconstruction with the goal of preserving the original style, charm, atmosphere, and scars:) In 1995, the town of Podţaté was declared a village monument zone.
