Fully furnished and equipped, the house is cozy, great for solo retreats, or for small groups of people. Located 20 minutes from Potsdam, 45 minutes from Paul Smiths Visitor's Center, an hour from the ADK High Peaks, 1:45 minutes to Ottawa, and 2 hours to Montreal, it's perfect for day trips. The studio apartment is located above a newly constructed garage, that is not attached to our house so you have plenty of privacy. It is an open layout with a queen bed, a daybed, and a twin trundle that can be pulled out.

Steps down to the lake for swimming access. Or take out the canoe, 2 kayaks or 2 paddle boards and explore the grassy inlet to the pond, Little Wolf Beach, and the mountains poking up between the trees. July/Aug reservations are Saturday to Saturday only
