Large comfortable, spacious home! We were only two (and our dog) but would be perfect for a family! Nice "bonus room" with a ping pong table and other boardgames. Nice fenced backyard (with a pool!-though we were there during winter). Across the street, there is a large field where my dog loved to run! Definitely would rent again when in Sango area of Clarksville!

My family and I had a great time staying at Shawn’s place. He is a terrific host and the condo was excellent. Spacious and very clean. It is in a great location not far from restaurants and Austin Peay. This will be our place of choice when visiting Clarksville. Thank you for a great stay!

We had an amazing family trip! This place had more than enough space for us and our guests. This property had the perfect location; with us coming from Va Beach, VA, and my in-laws coming from Central Texas. It was nice and quiet, but only a short 20-30 minute drive to downtown Nashville. The hosts were kind and super responsive whenever we had an issue or a question. Every member of the family felt comfortable there from our 4.5 year old to our 2 dogs! There isn’t anything that we would’ve changed with our stay! We hope to come back one day!!

Nat and Josh were great host very responsive and attentive.. Great host with a great place to stay very clean perfectly located I’d say a breath of fresh air.. the deers in the photo are real and we got to see them often.. would definitely stay again and recommend anyone to stay in their BNB anytime..

The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was great if you wanted to do some cooking- we never had time to do any at the house. The neighborhood was quiet and located near many restaurants, shops, and coffee shops. We would definitely stay here again.

You’re located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood and anything you could need is nearby. I would stay here again anytime!

We just returned from our stay at Paradise Point and we had an amazing time. Since it was winter, we weren't able to enjoy any lake activities, but the beautiful lake views offered peace and tranquility every time we looked out the windows or stood on the deck. Inside, Heather has provided everything you need from comfortable furniture for relaxing to a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, cookware and even spices and oils. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. I loved the basket of blankets that functions as an end table in the living room. Those blankets were perfect for movie watching on chilly evenings. Heather has great communication and recommendations. She is definitely one of the most efficient hosts I have worked with. If we ever make our way back to the area, we will definitely book with Heather again.

the house was everything as described, very peaceful and easy to get to...alot of great restaurants and grocery stores nearby...I would definitely book again when visiting my family in the Army...very close to Fort Campbell...very affordable

This was perfect for our family. The kitchen was great! We have food allergies and it is easier to eat at home. Location to Ft Campbell and a Walmart was also nice. Nice neighborhood. The house was clean and welcoming. We’d stay there again !

My family and I came into town to surprise my brother with very little planning. We loved Maria's posting and the fact that the house seemed kid friendly with a backyard and play set. We immediately felt at home! There were games and fantastic children's books all throughout the house. the beds were comfy and the house was super clean. Definitely recommend a stay here! You can't go wrong staying here, especially for the price!
