About this Guest House Lovely studio guesthouse looking out amidst the trees and beauty of the Scenic Gorge Area. Light and open space where you can take a deep breath and relax. Sit on the porch and relax watching the Hood River. Perfectly located for recreation or wine tasting, 40 mins. to skiing at Mt. Hood Meadows, and 10 to downtown breweries. Two bedroom/one bath guest suite with private entrance available in our home (we live upstairs). Park, walk down your own sidewalk to entry door. Kitchen (sink, fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and recently upgraded with a dishwasher, stovetop , and oven) stocked with dishes, towels, etc. Living and dining room area with futon couch and dining room table. Easy walk to Heights restaurants and bakery. 30 minute walk downtown through neighborhood or via Indian Creek Trail .

***IMPORTANT***From December - April we maintain access to the basement apartment unit from Friday-Sunday (ski season!). This is an entirely separate unit with separate entrances. There are no spaced spaces. There will be no interaction. If you're OK with this, please proceed! Escape straight to the 70s in this woodsy retro cabin, a true gem perched in the trees in Rhododendron near Mt. Hood. Imagine relaxing in the hot tub under the stars listening to the seasonal stream babble below!

Treehouse in Stevenson, WA Columbia River Gorge

Aptly named the Osprey Treehouse because of the multiple Osprey that spent the summer hovering and watching us build this 20-foot octagon building around a single grand 42-inch old Douglas Fir. Oversized windows and a sliding door give you the feeling of being high up in the trees. Sleeps 2 adults. For safety reasons, we do not allow pets or children younger than 12. The entrance is level and parking close. The cleaning fee is $50 and applicable taxes are already added to your bill.

Little Avalon

This newly upgraded family cottage has been a comfortably living accommodations for our kids and parent when needed. We were able to upgrade it with new floors, bathroom and kitchen for our new Airbnb guest to come stay and enjoy our wonderful Gorge. In this setting you are surrounded by the locals and we are just a 1/4 of an acre away. The kitchen has all the amenities and if you don't like coffee the quick way there is a coffee pot and french press for your coffee desires.

Blackbird Cottage on Carson Creek - Entire Suite

Blackbird Cottage is located on 9 wooded acres. You'll have the entire second floor which includes a separate entrance, kitchen & dining area, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, washer/dryer plus a deck with picnic table and grill. There are 3 queen beds and a twin providing sleeping for 7. Explore the garden with goldfish & koi ponds, 1100' of creek, 2 waterfalls, & a picnic area or take a short hike to an overlook of the Columbia River Owner lives downstairs. No animals (allergies).
