This is a timeshare we own and the availability will be known when we make a reservation request with specific dates. A unit will be assigned like a hotel when you check in. New renovation, new furnitures and new appliances. Hotel condo studio in Waikiki, 5 minutes walk to the Waikiki Beach. Great location for beach and sea sports lovers. Conveniently located, 10 minutes walk to any supermarket, shopping mall and restaurant. There are laundry rooms, restaurant, swimming pool and barbecue areas in our hotel. Ko Tiki Terrace restaurant is on ground floor by the pool. Laundry rooms are on the 4th, 8th and 12th floors. The King size bed is wide and comfortable.
