"Jo Dong-ri Alps, far from the city but close to the stars in the night sky." For me, who loves the mountains and likes to go for walks, the Jo Dong-ri Alps is a place where the European Alps are not envious. Imdo, polished on the 7-800 heights, is a delight to taste. The accommodation is at 450 heights, and it takes 40 minutes to walk to the entrance of the 700 heights promenade, and 5 minutes to drive. It is best to take a short 5 minute drive up. The stars in the night sky are great. If you lie in a gravity-less chair in the yard and look at the stars, you can see the stars and the dancing fireflies. Dongchonjae is located in Seochon Village, very close to Gwanghwamun Square, the center of Gyeongbokgung Palace and Seoul. It consists of Anchae, Sarangchae, and Annex Room. Built in 1939, Dongchonjae is recognized as a traditional hanok by the City of Seoul and the government (Korea Tourism Organization). Dongchonjae has opened its home by a retired couple and has been operating since October 2020. Free for 2 years and under (up to 24 months), no extra bedding if free. You can see the beautiful sunset, full of red light when the weather is good. We provide breakfast for a fee.
