This 1000 sq ft vacation home is nestled in a 2.7 acre garden, providing a peaceful retreat. The spacious living room has a comfortable sofa and TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, and the coffee bar is equipped with a coffee machine and a variety of drinks. The master bedroom has a 1.8m luxury California king bed and walk-in closet to ensure ample storage space. In addition, there is a single bed in the corner of the living room for extra sleeping arrangements. This house is about 120 meters from the main house to ensure privacy, while still allowing access to all shared garden facilities. The garden features a large lawn, swimming pool, fire pit, and outdoor barbecue. The outdoor sofa is the perfect place for you to relax in the shade and flowers of the four seasons. The house is conveniently located near La Sierra University campus. Supermarkets such as Costco, 99 Ranch Market, and various dining options, AMC movie theater, and large shopping malls Garreria mall & Macys are only 5-8 minutes drive away. Downtown Riverside and UCR University of California, Riverside are just 18 minutes to the east. Numerous wineries and casinos in Southern California are about 30 minutes drive south. The beach is only 30 minutes away and the snowy mountains of Big Bear Lake can be reached within an hour.
