Keoride service, picks up from property and drops you to Avalon, Newport, Mona Vale, Warriewood, same on return. By car everything is 5 - 10 minutes away.

This hideaway offers a blissfully quiet & peaceful stay. Wake to the sound of birds & enjoy watching rainbow lorikeets & rosellas whilst relaxing in your private garden. Our free range hens roam but so long as you keep your gate closed they won't disturb you. We have koi & goldfish in a pond just outside your area, feel free to venture out there. We live upstairs but you have your own entrance. The unit is warm in winter & cool in summer. Waterfalls 5 mins away, sights/attractions 15 min drive.

This is a Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours, no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, we live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Please respect the neighbourhood while you are listening to your music and keep the noise down. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that.

You could not get a better location in the city. 333 bus to bondi , bottle shop, cafes just downstairs. This one bedroom unit is offering a really comfortable stay with excellent views. Our residence is upstairs and has its own entrance. We'd like your stay to be private and relaxed. We are passionate surfers and the owner/operators of the local surf school, maybe have a surf lesson or coaching with us while your here or just relax!
