Foksetjern Tømmerkøye is a gem with an idyllic, west-facing location by the water. Here you get rustic charm, turf roofs and the quiet tranquility of the forest, only a few meters from the water. There is a private road to the place, which is isolated but at the same time central. The cabin is located about 1.7 km from the main road at the end of the gravel forest road. The cabin has 4 beds, a wood burning stove and primitive comfort. There is a large veranda, barbecue and fishing facilities, bathing jetty and rowing boat available. Perfect for those seeking peace in quiet and surrounding nature.

Annex by the lake

Annex of 15 m2 next to the host's cabin, located 10 meters from the water. The cabin is west facing, with great sun conditions in sheltered surroundings. Enjoy sun, water and forest, here there is both hiking, berry and mushroom terrain, you can also fish without a card. You hear the sound of both cows and chickens in the distance, and the wind that whistles in the pine trees. Rustic charm, either 200 meters to row, or about 500 meters to walk from parking. Here you can find tranquility. You live alone in the annex, and the outdoor area is fenced. Animals are welcome!

Our house is located with a lovely view over Lake Eikern and with a short distance to Bergsvannet which has many nice swimming areas. Eidsfoss is a unique historical place where it feels like time has stood still for a few decades! Here you will find, among other things, Norway's oldest general store, museum and two good restaurants (Eidsfoss Gamle Kro and Eidsfos Hovedgård), as well as several small galleries and outlets. But most of all, you should come here to find peace and quiet and enjoy the beautiful nature here!

The villa is centrally located, 45 min. to Oslo by train and 60 min. by car. Holmestrand has 3 beaches, in walking distance. Cross country, and ice skating nearby.

Hytta vår ved Eikern tilbyr en uforglemmelig opplevelse med spektakulær utsikt og usjenert beliggenhet. Hytta består av et sjarmerende rom med spisebord, kjøkken og soveplass til 2 gjester. Blant de unike fasilitetene finner du bryggeområdet, utedo, utendørs veranda, og spisegruppe. Hytta har en unik utsikt over innsjøen, noe som skaper en helt spesiell atmosfære. Det går en koselig trapp ned til bryggen som ligger rett ved vannet. Her kan man virkelig slappe av og finne roen i hverdagen.

Closest neighbor to a fantastic sports facility (roller skiing, football, bandy, cross-country skiing, free play)! 150m down to a river where children/adults can swim, about 10 minutes by car to a store in Sande/Kobbervikdalen and less than 15 minutes to Drammen by car. Here you also get the opportunity to play golf, as the course is about 7 minutes away by car, as well as forest trips in the immediate vicinity! Pets are allowed if desired with us, the garden is also fenced!

Gardner Andersen's apartment at Eidsfos Hovedgård

The cavalier wing at Eidsfos Hovedgård has housed useful labor since the late 1700s. Beautiful, historic and scenic surroundings with a Renaissance garden right outside the window. The main farm is located in beautiful Eidsfoss, on a hill between two lakes. Eikeren and Bergsvannet. The chef offers breakfast in one of Hovedgården's rooms, or delivered to the door. (must be ordered the day before) The apartment has a simple standard. Linen and towels are included.
