Beachfront holiday rental in Hollywood Beach

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

Great view of Hollywood Beach from the PentHouse! The place looked bigger in person than in the pictures so that was a big plus. Just make sure to plan for long elevator waits on the weekends!

Rafael was very responsive and accommodating as we had packages delivered ahead of time which he kindly took inside ahead of our arrival. The location can't be beat. One min walk to the beach!

Patricia was a great host. Her place is my all time favorite. I will surely stay again. Her attention to detail was amazing. Everything that you could ever want in a beach condo. We set up our beach mats in the morning and left them there all day. You can see the beach from the massive windows. It was just perfect

We stayed 4 nights here and it was absolutely perfect! The location is unbeatable - less than a minute walk and you’re on the beach. 5-10 minute walk to a bunch of the local bars and restaurants. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and well maintained. We were very appreciative of the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc that were available to us! This made our stay stress free and seamless. We will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future.

Dimitri's place was perfect for my family during this difficult time when we had to do a sea barrel for my mother-in-law. He was very responsive and compassionate with our situation. He was very responsive and everything at the location was exactly as described. We are actually going to make annual trips back for the memorial and Dimitri will be the first host I would reconnect with to rent his unit. Thank you very much Dmitri for everything!

Por segunda vez nos hemos alojado en este hermoso departamento de Peter, y reitero lo que dije antes, es el mejor que nos hemos alojado en Miami. Muy completo, además de hermoso, elegante y amplio. Teníamos todo lo que necesitábamos. Para la playa teníamos sombrilla, reposeras y hasta un cooler para llevar bebidas frescas! La vista que tiene desde el piso 15 no tiene comparación. El edificio está en muy buenas condiciones y siempre encontramos lugar en el parking para estacionar. Fue otra estadía excelente. Gracias Peter por todo, y seguramente volveremos a alojarnos ahí! We had a perfect stay! The oceanfront condo was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony with stunning ocean views was a highlight every morning. The host was responsive and made check-in seamless. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic retreat by the sea. Would absolutely stay here again!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here, the views from the room are incredible. The pool and all the amenities were great, and my kids really enjoyed themselves. I would recommend staying here and we will be back.

Fernando‘s place was absolutely beautiful with a stunning view and, spacious layout, comfortable bed and luscious pillows. We did not want to leave and ordered in each night to devour as much time as possible on the beautiful balcony. Highly recommended... with a lovely bottle of wine and your favourite person.

The stay was really beautiful in all aspects and the hosts were very accommodating - they generously provided early check-in when requested and late check-out due to a small issue in the unit. They responded very well to the issue and promptly provided a solution. A few pointers for the host: 1. If you prefer guests not to use the white towels for makeup, maybe provide a separate black linen for those guests. 2. We were unaware that we had access to the restaurant and pool at the hotel Lyfe across the street and I think this would be worth mentioning to future guests who may want to check out a pool with a beachfront view. The pool at Hyde is gorgeous as well but if you want a change of scenery it's nice to have another option. 3. The resort fees are worth it but some information regarding beach chair rental and pool hours would be helpful. 4. Double check that the premises are stocked with necessities (trash bags). Otherwise a great stay! Thank you!!

Amazing place! The view from the condo is incredible, unlike anything else. The condo is very spacious and well equipped. Easy check-in and check-out process. Aventura Mall is a short drive from the spot. Overall, great experience!

Lugar soñado. Solo con entrar al apartamento y encontrarse de frente con el mar desde un piso 39 es inigualable y alucinante. Las camas de las 3 habitaciones son espectaculares!!! La piscina del resort es SUPER y el anfitrión Mike es muy atento y diligente, responde de inmediato cada consulta. Recomiendo no perderse este alojamiento que, si bien no entra en la categoría económico si les aseguro que haciendo un esfuerzo pasarán días inolvidables en este fabuloso ático!!! Tal cual las fotos. La primera vez que íbamos a Miami y superó mis expectativas. El depto tiene todo, tanto para cocinar como para no preocuparte de sábanas y toallas. Lo bueno es que si no queres salir a cenar o almorzar porque estas cansado ahí tenes utensilios para poder hacerte una rica cena. Entran 6 personas tranquilamente. La vista al mar le da el toque mágico y que esté ahí re cerca para ir a la playa es genial. Volvería por supuesto!

This was a very nice place right on the beach. Not many shops or restaurants super close to the home but if you walk down the boardwalk a little there is plenty to do. Over all it was a great stay and very nice in the home.

We are delighted with the place, its surroundings, the restaurants, recreational areas, the pool, and its very attentive employees. The valet parking is very efficient. Overall, it's an excellent place to spend time and enjoy, and also if you want to relax and unwind, I recommend it.

Ubicado estratégicamente, frente a la playa (pasitos y estás en la playa). Vista a la playa del living y de la habitación principal. Todo impecable, limpieza, muebles, sillas, sillones y camas super cómodas, muchas toallas para playa y para la casa. La cocina impecable y muy bien abastecida, para los que nos gusta cocinar es ideal (tiene todo lo que necesitas). Sillas, sombrilla, juegos de playa, pelota y tablas para los niños (no puedes pedir más). Fue una estadía preciosa y el apartamento es ideal para una familia o 4 adultos. The place was exactly as described beautiful and in a great location. Igor was very responsive and provided flexibility. The stunning surroundings and ideal location enhanced the overall experience. Having a host like Igor, who was both responsive and flexible, added an extra layer of convenience and peace of mind. I would definitely go again.

Olga was an amazing host. Very responsive and easy to communicate with during the stay. Was able to accommodate early check in and out for us with our crazy flight plans. Location is perfect, just short walk from great food and shopping and on the quieter end of the broadwalk. Can’t wait to visit again, I’ll be staying here!
