Beachfront holiday rental in Holkham Bay

Lovely place to stay, only 30 seconds walk to the High Street. A perfect place to base ourselves from for a great few days in Sheringham.

Great find! Was really impressed with this place and it was perfect for what we needed for the weekend. Had everything you could think of, even toys and games for children, as well as a complimentary basket of goodies for us when we arrived! We enjoyed the juke box the most and listened to lots of songs on there! The house fitted 7 of us comfortably and was very clean! Lee was very proactive and ensured we had a great stay - thank you!

Lovely location! It was very quiet at night time, and a very short distance away from the beautiful dunes and dog-walkers beach. It was stunning. Really nice, clean accommodation- had everything we needed. Very comfortable soft bed! Thank you 💕

Ruth was an amazing host, we went away for a mother daughter weekend and had a brilliant time. Ruth’s attention to detail was incredible, the chalet had everything we could have possibly needed. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach, which is gorgeous and very secluded and peaceful. The chalet was perfect for 3 of us for 2 nights, and we had a much needed relax and rewind. Thank you Ruth!

smugglers retreat is a lovely, get away from it, holiday let. overall the apartment was very clean, 2 small quibbles, the crockery was a bit old, and the garden table and chairs were unusable. Neither of these things spoilt what was an amazing 3 night stay. Would definitely return as location was excellent, lovely and quite, all you could hear was bird song, and the waves on the sea. Sea Palling itself, is a lovely little village, with everything you need on your doorstep. Sarah was a very informative host, and even let us know if road closure on day of leaving, and told us alternative route

Good location for beach, spacious enclosed garden with field views at front and more privacy at the back. Plenty of parking space. Great if what to get away to recharge batteries!

Beautiful property. Spacious and well appointed. Location is perfect for exploring the Norfolk coast. Hosts were wonderful, very responsive and took the time to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

Booked for a last minute stay and couldn’t have been happier! Everything was super clean, and the furnishings were beautiful, made me feel right at home. Convenient features like AirCon and Laundry were a plus! Definitely exceeded my expectations! The location was 10/10 as well, right next to the beach, and all of the tourist attractions, which was great! Will certainly be staying here again!

We had a great week in this bright and cosy holiday Chalet. The advertising photos in my opinion show it for exactly what it is. The accommodation had everything we needed from a well stocked kitchen to comfortable beds. We had some lovely warm sunny weather whilst we were there for the week so it was in a great location for coastal runs/walks and nice beaches not far. The White Horse Inn was also an added bonus just a stones throw away, with descent pub grub. We also used the Chinese takeaway next to the pub which was very satisfying. We are a family of four with a 15 year old son and 11 year old daughter and we would all recommend this chalet and location if you enjoy a peaceful environment with lots to do without having to travel too far. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We had such a lovely time. Location was peaceful and the accommodation was perfectly placed for planned activities and so close to the beach. Inside was clean and lovely and warm and Hannah was fantastic at answering any questions very quickly and also making sure we were settled in. Thank you.

There is nothing at all to fault here and everything to praise, from the location (superb views, lovely coastal walks or a quick amble into town), light airy and spacious accommodation (and so private - despite there being other flats in the building we never heard anyone) to the friendliness and helpfulness of Sarah and her family. A genuine treat!

Fab stay at watchman’s cottage! Barry was a brilliant host, super responsive with a lovely property. The cottage itself is in a great location, 2 mins walk to the harbour where all the action took place; fish & chips, pubs, crabbing!!, the arcade and some yummy restaurants. We particularly loved Wells Crab House & North Norfolk Cellars wine bar! The house was a great space, clean, tastefully decorated, everything we needed for a couple of days. Plus we found our bed to be rather comfy meaning we had a great nights sleep! Will hopefully be back soon. X

We had a really lovely break in amazing accommodation. There was everything we needed, the decor was wonderful, and we had the best nights sleep on a wonderful mattress! The gardens were beautiful as was the secluded patio. We're really looking forward to returning in September, hopefully the weather will have improved somewhat!

I booked this accommodation on behalf of colleagues working in the area, and it turned out to be a great fit. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. This is the perfect place for a get-away exploring the beautiful Norfolk coast. The cottage is ideally situated in a very peaceful alley, yet seconds away from the harbour and the town centre. The house has everything you need, there’s a lovely view from every single window, and the garden is a real treat. Bridget is the definition of a super host, not only responding very quickly but also giving all sorts of great recommendations to make sure you will make the most of your stay. I can’t recommend it enough!
